  1. Gruden is under contract to the network for 4 more years. Can you see florida john freezing his ass off in the B Lo?? didn't think so.
  2. I like option 1. Need a guy like Teo and no QBs are franchise types this year. None. Get one at 1 or 2 and move forward.
  3. Who knows? The team has no real stars and nothing really going for it other than good depth on the lines . Need LBs and a QB and another WR. Could get most of that in the draft and FA. We will see. I don't know, the salary cap i believe is very high this coming year. they could fit everything under it.
  4. Don't think so. If Gailey has 2 years left, no way Nix fires him as Ralph will object. And I do not believe Ralph will fire Nix, which means both Nix and Gailey are safe. They will tag Byrd and sign Levitre, IMO. Then go draft a QB or two and sell the new QB to the fans. I don't see much beyond that happening. Salary cap is big in 2013. They might bring in a FA QB, but who?? Vick? probably not. They are going with Fitz next year and then hand it to the rookie mid season, IMO. NIx /Gailey too cautious to do it any other way...
  5. you'll all be back come July. Bills fans are Bills fans. Season tickets may fall a little, but the season ticket base isn't a huge % of the stadium in the first place. In real NFL franchises , the whole f ing stadium is season tickets no matter what the product is.
  6. shutout. they earned it
  7. why not. while we're at it, lets get joe d to coach the O line and paul costa for the tight ends. geez, offseason must be coming up.
  8. now Byrd will want pro bowl money , bills will say no, and he will be gone. great.
  9. Corrert. Geno Smith would be a huge reach, especially if we trade up and lose next years #1 to get him (which would be required, at least). I say take Barkley, he is the most ready from an NFL standpoint with our normal pick and go from there. Or someone else with a major league arm. Dump Fitz and get a veteran like Vick to run the show while Barkley gets ready.
  10. +1. typical thoughtless Bills fan. if you've heard of him, give up the franchise to get him so you can say you have him.... Lets solve the QB problem next year to the exclusion of all other problems please. If we can just do that, the rest becomes much much easier.
  11. go back to sleep and try again
  12. This puts the rumor to bed. Goodnight.
  13. Just not set up for it. the best players and coaches don't want to be with this franchise in this place. the owner is out of it. crappy, old facility. Lots of negatives to the bills franchise. Would take some kind of savior at QB to turn it around. a real miracle worker like Kelly needs to come in and start firing it all over the place and get people fired up again. an RGIII type player who can do it all. have no idea who that would be. maybe a wreckless, fearless guy like Collin Klein who has no regard for his body and can fire the ball would work here. something.
  14. put 8 guys out there in defense and offense. I see no reason whatsoever to even try to win this game. Once you are out of the tournament, nothing matters in the NFL. Nothing. Many many coaches (Jeff Fisher being the latest) have said that victories after being eliminated from the playoffs have no bearing at all on the next season. I think the point he made is that even playoff teams always end the season on a loss, so shouldn't they be all bummed out until next season? - answer: no. So if the Bills beat the Jets, nothing is gained and much can be lost in terms of draft position. ...
  15. +1. hate to say it, but time to blow it up. amazing i've gotten to this place, but I have
  16. PTR is just right. The Bills suck. Time to blow it up again. They are running for the bus. Defense, ST and all of Stevie's drops and fumbles have put Fitz in an impossible situation once again. Man this is hard to watch.
  17. For a guy who wanted to play well to help Chan keep his job, his garbage play today has been very effective in getting Chan fired. Way to support the coach, SJ.
  18. yeah, $400m to break the lease is a good size number.. so a buyer needs to build a stadium, buy the team, pay the $400m and the relo fee to the league.. Bills are getting expensive... of course in L.A. the people are building the stadium, so that burden is gone, still need to win the auction and pay the fees.. big number in any event... should be interesting when Ralph passes....
  19. This is what they will do. Unless Teo is there.
  20. they will all be there come september, tickets to bills game as so cheap, if you don't buy em, someone else will... for most bills fans it all about the drunken orgy before the game anyways
  21. Good post. All true. Bills are kryptonite for top coaches and execs until Ralph is gone and long term ownership is in place...
