It's sad that I can stop watching TV shows mid-season when I don't like the direction it's heading, but for some reason I can't with the NFL.
They're so bad they've got me confused about my own judgement.
I only watch Bills games these days....I am considering not to anymore, seriously.

I'd be alright w/ Eli... I'm out of ideas after that
-
TampaBob is that you?

Orton sukks on the run, but yes, he's a gamer. I will say this for him, when he's hot, he's very good. But when he's not, he sukks, swallows, and chokes on the footlong.
Classy

Nice thread OP but you are going to have detractors

The beginning of this thread was about Mike Williams. It still does not make sense he is not on the field. I'm not speculating as to why but there is some reason why he is not out there.
He had four very good seasons in Tampa. A lot of comments are coming from people who never watched him. I've seen every game he has played living here, and it makes no sense why he is not playing. It is not as if he had some HOF QB making him look better like a Brady or Manning.
He had Freeman. He has great leaping ability, and did not miraculously forget how to go up and grab it. That's not my opinion, it is simply his past performance.
You would think with his (Marrone) job on the line, no matter what the issue he would put anyone in who can help them win. If the earlier post is accurate that all three WR are banged up, then it makes zero sense not to put him in as a starter.
I agree with everything you said but MW is injured this week and will not be suiting up (for real).

we need that emocon.

He plays wide 9 in the new scheme a lot, I think it has actually helped the run D somehow doing that but honestly I can't figure out why. He has made Lawson seem expendable, Manny hasn't been seeing the field that much unless the QB is a runner and he has been beat a couple of times when that happened.
As everyone seems to be saying, I also hope they find a way to pay the man.

Man that board is terrible. I'm not surprised that particular poster, posted there. He is probably still here too .

Delvin Breaux.

The scary thing about the Browns actually. I hope we are up to it.

First time I clicked a Sully link in a long time. Mario won me over the first year, playing hurt and excelling against the run (which his old team said was his weakness).

Thanks, I think it would be a nice thing too. I have no idea how or who set up the fund that I was talking about but it just all popped into my head.
-
I like this idea and was just wondering: what happened to the fund that people put together to keep the Bills in Bflo? Could that fund be set up as a foundation to help players? IMO and I know that doesn't mean much, it would be great if that fund could go to help players that the team didn't/wouldn't for whatever reason, who are having troubles like this. DT may be one of the best known but I am sure there are others in this boat.

I think 96 posts too many.

Gilmore for making that guy drop that pass.

Thats the type of catch I see Beckham making that I don't see Sammy .... QB just throws it higher than the DB can leap confident beckham has that extra 6"-12"+ vertical. That also separates someone as elite in the NFL ... open when they're seemingly covered.
You're blind? They both bat the ball to themselves both catch of the weeks...both catches someone lesser wouldn't make. OB jumped more that time about the only difference. BTW, If we were to luck out and get Eli, we would be lucky and happy.
Let's see how it plays out for 3 years. No judgments right now, way too early.
Or maybe you're just trolling, IHDKOC.

This is a worthy thread.
Doug Marrone added a new play to the playbook this week, it's called "the knife". It's a ten yard TE slant. They never practiced it though so we won't see it until Cleveland.

Didn't you start almost the same thread yesterday?

Love he is wearing the standing Buffalo might be my favorite Bill

The people in the snow, stay warm and know that even here in Thailand people are thinking of you. It has even been on the news, thoughts and prayers. I have family there too, looks devastating, my last big storm was the after Christmas one in 2001. I decided then I wasn't going to Buffalo during the winter anymore but November, I may have tried. I was recently thinking of moving back...... now all of a sudden, not so much.

Please, please write that it is Jerry Sullivan before linking.........I don't click for JS and I certainly don't read his crap. I wish he would just go away.
