I used to do that too! I had that bike until I was in my early 20s too, it was a huffy lol. I lived in Amherst and it took a good amount of time (like 2 hours), When I was like 5 or 6 my friend was moving to Amherst (We lived in on Deerfield near Kensington), we rode up 33 (the Kensington expressway part) as it was still being built. Got off at the Eggert exit and out Kensington to Snyder. Quite a little trip of many at that age.

Didn't any of you guys poogie (grab on to the bumper of a car and slide along the ice after it) when you were young? This isn't all that different (and yeah I AM lucky to have survived my younger days). This also looks a lot like a mode of normal transportation here called a songtaew. People hold on to the back and ride on a small platform, during rushhour it can be a scary thing (it is actually a pick up truck with bench seats in back most of the time). I was there, I was 13, I think... I sort of remember it. One thing I remember at halftime there was a punt pass and kick competition. I also remember that there was a kid from Pennsylvania that won after throwing a 70 yard pass. I want to know if any of that is my true recollection? Was that kid Jim Kelly? I have been wondering about it for years. I think the final score was Wash 34 Bflo 17, is that right? I used to have the coin. 40 years, long time. Hope we get a SuperBowl win before I pass.

Me too. (oops edit!) Troupe and Gilbert IMHO You said you saw nothing from KW (from what you wrote on B in NYC's thread) and there was a reason for that, he only played 10 snaps (plus he IS coming back from off season surgery). I thought lambasting him so much (for not showing more) was sort of silly. I thought Troupe looked good the other day as well though. He is a big boy to move, Branch looked pedestrian and got ran over a few times. I think keeping him might be a mistake but the coaches see much more than we do.......so there is that.
