  1. Sure, most 7th rounders don't make the team anyway. I do think he is better than TJ probably but who knows? I was never against bringing in competition, that was the point of this thread.
  2. So a good enough QB for them is not good enough for us. We will see.
  3. Thanks for that Ken. I am happy to be straightened out about wiki info (wiki is often wrong but honestly is a great thing anyway) . I enjoyed reading some posts from your site as well. I knew you were on here but wasn't sure of your id. Cheers
  4. The curse has been a part of the Buffalo NFL teams as long as there has been an NFL (and actually a bit before it was called the NFL). Was just reading about Geo. Halas and came across this tid bit. http://en.wikipedia....hip_controversy Interesting stuff, I didn't even know Buffalo had an NFL team in the 20s, but like the name "The Buffalo All Americans". Hope you enjoy it. BTW Halas was the coach and owner of the Bears 40 freaking years! And won 6 NFL championships, including his first against our Buffalo team (cough..... cough BS!) Edit. haha PTR I was writting the below as you typed that out. BTW here is a link to more 1920's Buffalo teams(and earlier) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buffalo_(1920s_NFL_teams) There was no team again until the first edition of the Bills, in the AAFC which I know a lot of you already know about from 1946-49
  5. Don't click the links anymore, I honestly wish he would lose his job.
  6. I'll be 84 and just happy to be breathing in 30 years.
  7. Can't read this whole thing now, has anyone said "Obviously Bon Jovi is cheap" yet?
  8. Barden over Easley? I don't think so at this point. And Graham going into his 3rd year..... after being drafted fairly high isn't going to be cut just yet either.
  9. First. I want to say, I really didn't expect the amount of opposition from the fans on the board, I like Thad too. I think Thad reminded me last year of the good things that Fitz did when he was in Bflo. I think he won and that is what you want your back up to do. He did have problems with fumbles though. I like TP too watched a couple of games last year, he can do okay, is fun to watch, if people look at his stats in that link, not terrible. The Raiders sucked but that wasn't all on him and he has a cheap contract, they are stupid to release him. agree sort of, I want to see EJ start and stay healthy first, but for back up? totally agree.
  10. Wants to start. So no....hmmm I still think you sign him if you can.
  11. I just threw up. I hate the guy. Keep him away. please. Ralph owing the Bills compared to him was a totally different kind of frustration. I hope Mary Wilson sees that it would be a strike against RW's legacy to sell to Bozo the Trump.
  12. Terrelle Pryor http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/6757/terrelle-pryor With EJ's injuries last year I wish we would pick Terrelle up, kind of the same player as Thad but better. Expected to be released Monday.
  13. Nothing personal but you really post a lot of bs. I've been noticing that lately. There are feel good stories on every team, it is PR and the league needs it. As to Fred not being able to take 20 carries, look at his stats, even when injured he does that. He is putting on weight to help elevate the injury factor, I think that is a good thing. Btw if we ever cut Fred you just wait and see how fast Billycheat picks him up.
  14. 1 is your opinion, I realize the differences but Man U and Man C both have history which is a selling point to fans all over the world. My point in using the example, also why don't FutBall clubs move in the UK? With owners who are not even from there... Branding and who knows? Lease agreements? 2 is fact
  15. There is another way to look at this. Really the TV money is king. What they make at the stadium is candy in comparison. Look at how the famous soccer clubs in England are in the biggest markets. Oh wait, they aren't. Winning will make merchandise sell and money come to the city. NFL is clearly looking at filling stadiums (for TV ratings sake, which is one of our main problems since the Ralph is just to big). I am surprised Jacksonville's owner got a seat in the clubhouse but maybe they think the market there is still develop-able. Ours is established but our "poor" stadium is an issue. But that can be fixed by retro fitting it like KC or GB or building a new one. I think that the NFL knows moving the Bills would be problematic as far as branding, in an historical light. I don't think they want that but I could be wrong, since I have no privy to what these guys really think and neither do any of us. Moving them would be expensive and risky to the league IMHO, though. There are a lot of issues, even re-alining divisions would be called into play. That is all beside the lease, the agreement about relocation (which is separate from the lease). This is a complicated issue, but I really think the NFL doesn't want a Cleveland headache again.
  16. kicking the tires on a guy named Jarius. Win Wynn.
  17. What position does he play. BTW Preston R. was my hero when I was 7 or 8.
  18. You gotta break the rules to be different.
