It really is a sad tragedy, I used to be a mechanic who worked and painted on a lot of modifies out at Lancaster ( I practicality built my nephews, frame up), guys get mad and do stupid things. I understand the clay circuit and the way gunning it might have been a reaction to miss the kid but both used really bad judgement. I don't like Stewart, dirty driver in the first place....makes it more suspicious IMO. You can easily kill someone on a racetrack, even with the safety measures. It was totally boneheaded to get out of his car in any case. RIP and condolences to his family and friends. It would certainly be a bad politicians (DA) ticket to higher office to bring charges and succeed at a Manslaughter charge, so it wouldn't surprise me if that happens (just to clarify my earlier post).

Reminds me of Fran Tarkington more than Flutie. Looked okay in the game against 2nd stringers, which I would guess is kinda like advanced college ball, sorta. We will see if he starts, he seems like he has already had durability issues in the past but he is tough and has a tough attitude, that I find likable. His off field persona, not so much (more his rich !@#$ thing, more than the partying). I do have to say I loved him in college but the NFL is something different. I'm calling it the 50 year anniversary SuperBowl that wasn't, ta-da!

Legursky was "playing center" in the 2nd half too, he just looks terrible. I thought Williams was okay and hopefully they will use Ubrik at center if anything happens to Wood. Some of the time it takes rookie guards a while to get better, so I like that we took one this year but I think it is why we brought Williams in.

I didn't read the whole thread sorry but reason 1 OWNER didn't do the right things (over and over). Reason 2 way too many coaches in too short of a time (most of them bad). Reason three, bad scouting and drafting.
