I know the dome sounds like a bad idea to you young guys who like to go to games and freeze your butts off but the cold weather advantage is way over blown IMO, we don't even have it really with 3 out of 4 of the teams in our own division. Make the damn place comfortable you can still sit outside b4 and after the games or we could just leave the roof open if it was super unpopular but the dome would help with hosting other kinds of events. I don't know that there are that many multi uses for the Ralph even with a dome but I will throw a couple out here now; it could be used as a convention center with the roof open they could have more winter classic hockey games we could even have a CFL game or two every year big college basket ball tourney games it just seems dumb that that thing sits out there empty all but 7 weekends a year. If there is recovery money to help out available still, was my idea. Anyone know?

College football is a joke and the NFL ought to go to some other farm system. I hate to say it but more like hockey does (which is a joke in it's own way, I know) but seems more transparent somehow at least. There is just too freaking much money in it. Hell, if the NCAA was realistic they would just pay these guys and get rid of the scholarships. I don't care that they get paid, hell good for them if they did, maybe when they became pros they would be better for it.

An investment in The Ralph would be a good idea IMO: an attractive dome w/ retractable roof would be a good (although I imagine, unpopular idea round here, we would bring more TO ppl in). The field and infrastructure of it is very nice not bad seats, excellent sight lines. The biggest problem would actually seem to be location but IMO it's not that much of an issue. Not so sure there is still fed money around for it but if there was it would be worth it to help keep the franchise in WNY.

Besides the things you listed On offense, I want us to win T.O.P. (esply against a team that will run quite a bit) and have 80% rate on our 3rd down conversions. playaction and slants screens and posts in the middle mid range of the field. 400 yards in total offense would fit the bill On defense, I want to see domination on the line and key players shut down. Without getting burned by second rate ones either (remember Ginns game for like 250 yrds? none of that crap). STs I want to see a big improvement over the preseason. Coaches, I want a game plan that is creative but solid, I want adjustments,good use of time and time outs, challenges at the right time.... and anything else DJ blew at. Mostly, I want to see a professional team. I want us to roll over them and start strong on both sides of the ball. A big win would be a great thing to take in to GB.

Also played for the Chargers before us and the Jets at some point I can't remember if it was before or after Miami. He was kick ass for a few years and played pretty long FWIR. I got his autograph when I a kid. I don't really remember it except it was at a TwinFair or TwoGuys, I got Haven Moses's too at another event. Man I have quite a collection of signed football cards stashed away somewhere. I had so many cavities!

Cody had his knee scoped this week FWIR he won't play til game 2 (they hope) the rest I don't know. I saw him in a preseason game a couple of weeks ago and he looked un-movable but slow.
