  1. Pack vrs an improved and surprising Tennessee, Pack dominates.
  2. My hair grows way too fast I would look like zz top in a month
  3. Are you changing your stripes but not your name?
  4. As the season starts the coach says "we intend to win all our games, so far, so good"
  5. 10k is indicative of a serious gambling problem you should seek help (or send me some)
  6. Man you have gotten so serious, why? You used to be fun.
  7. Damn, didn't see that. Too bad, very good run blocker a couple years ago, will open some holes.
  8. Thanks for posting the interview OP and the link (others). If the FO is worried about what is said on this web site, we should all stop fighting about it what they say and keep trying to make good suggestions about what they should do. Right now, I think they should take a look at Ryan Cook after the vet guarantees are done with next week ,(when I think) we will pick up another guy or two. I like the guy, (Minnesota signed 2 year contract after the lock out) plays all positions on the line, 28 years old, played rt for them when AD was having very big years, came back to be a guard this year but they have newer younger guys and a new staff. IMO a Nix type of vet pick up.
  9. Best of luck to him and the Bills. KC was tough last year and we almost got it, If we can keep their run game in check and move the ball in the red zone we should pull this one out.
  10. When my bills are overdue, I get as many extensions as I can with small payments. I kind of view this as the same thing. Next year they will draft some Oline talent but even the highly drafted Oline talent needs development time. Last years waiver wire PS pick ups worked out ok with minimum investment (like free draft picks, I think Buddy said). I don't love this way of doing it but it at least shows some farsightedness and effort. Certainly better than Levy/Jauron tried to do. 11. I remember that! 1990 That year, I had seasons I forget who was back there as safety with Odems #37 should have been Kelso #38 FS if I remember right but he was not #31, who the hell is #31? If I remember Leonard Smith SS was #46? Was that the year we got james williams? was he 31? We changed DBs a lot on those teams.
  12. Our offensive line isn't good enough for a back like Spiller to succeed, he needs space. Our line isn't good enough for a medium to deep passing game, hence it doesn't fit well for a guy like Evans. We need good route runners, sure handed, tough receivers.
  13. Some thoughts about this switch Jasper is a big mobile guy who played both positions in college. Why not? I can only imagine he would be better than Wottro. He will have being big on the Oline isn't a bad thing either, who made that comment and what are you thinking? You want your guards pushed out of the way by bigger stronger guys? Jasper is a project so he belongs on the PS doing whatever our coach wants him to.
  14. George Flint wow, that is an old name, totally obscure, lol. I remember the name but not the player how did he do? (I was 4 and maybe at the game depending which one it was).
  15. If you are right watch for Nesbitt to be put on the active roster (or wave goodbye). I love that the kid is a two way player too. Very cool pick up IMO. I think the rule change has potential to make the college QBs that were in spread type offenses much more viable in the big league. I think Chan could be the next real offensive innovator if he is right about his philosophies and good and creative with his playmakers and schemes. Last year at times I think he was kind of hindered by the teams talent (especially the OL) and the skill position guys newness to his system. I think this year will show why Lee was disposable. So anyway, I have been thinking Smith too, since we really didn't see him, all that much in preseason and I think there are a lot of wrinkles to be invented in Chan's use of him. I think teams won't plan enough for him and then when they start to, we will use other weapons more with more sprinkles and different looks for him in there. I also hope and think Fitz if he is given time is due for a 3500-4000+ season with less picks and more TDs I can see a lot of potential in this team and talent, in the starters especially. IF our line develops and stays healthy (the team really needs to stay healthy for a change), I think these scrubs can do something. All that being said it will be a work in progress, youngsters make mistakes and we will have a couple stupid losses. That is what young teams do. But I am much more optimistic than in the past, much, much more than anytime when Jaroun was coach.
  16. So the title of the thread is marcus easley KR and you don't want people to talk about who else can do it too? We will see Smith back there a lot I am sure. I hope not to see McKelvin doing it and I am sure they were just trying to get the ball in Easley's hands, Rodgers might be doing some too. I think important vets that shouldn't be doing it would be Mcgee and Roscoe even though they have excelled at it before. We really have a lot of ppl who could do it CJ could be considered too. Fast and elusive is the name of the game with kick offs and punts. Fast, even more so with KOs this year with having to take out of the endzone more and getting past the 20.
  17. There are some pretty funny responses to that story at the bottom
  18. Kelly is right and that is what will happen + ( if I remember right we were short the 1st game last year as well and then we picked up either Urbik or Rinehart). When are they going to make the + and - buttons function?
  19. I had a friend and an ex who both did this because it bothered their backs. She should do whatever she wants
  20. On a whole series of yahoo fan websites this is a fanpost talking about his team. It is not very good because he isn't a professional and it is not that surprising. The quality of each teams site varies with what people interested in their teams put into it. The Bflo Rumblings site sometimes has some good insight and fans who watch tape over and over and try to give analysis and some of the posters there are decent. But on the whole it is a football board just like this one. Actually it isn't just like this one in many ways and one of them being that there is less negativity there IMO. I have to add though mocking someones effort there is just like mocking someone on here's effort, I am not sure what the point of it is.
