  1. Yes, but he also said the Bills were his top priority.
  2. I think Kevin Boss is a very realistic option. Disregarding the report Chris Brown made, Boss is a wickedly underrated player at his position and we really wouldn't have to break the bank. I also like the Thigpen signing, but I wouldn't rule out Vince Young.
  3. Nix did say resigning Florence was a priority, but he never said resigning Poz wasn't.
  4. See ya. More money to sign Poz and Florence.
  5. Why not? We all want someone who can step in and win games in the event of Fitz getting hurt. Hes proven he can win, and maybe he just needs a change in scenery. Sign him to a short term deal, if it doesn't pan out then we still have Fitz to back up whoever we draft next year.
  6. Can't wait to get back to SJF, it's always fun.
  7. Watch, the Bills go out and sign Tyson Clabo and all of this animosity stops. One can only hope...
  8. Exactly. We don't know how well informed he is. I never heard this interview, he may have said don't expect them to go big because that it his assumption based on what he's seen over the past few years. Doesn't mean they'll go that route again.
  9. Sorry, he's not lower than 70th best in the FA class.
  10. Yeah, we could be taking this out of context.
  11. I feel your pain, we all have to suffer through this. But I'm playing devils advocate here; Green Bay is good because they've drafted well. That's the truth. With the exception of Charles Woodson, that team was built through awesome drafting. I know I may sound as if I'm defending the Bills, but I'd rather them pay money for low risk, solid players than big priced free agents who may hurt us even more. Drafting well and spending smart wins championships.
  12. Ya, let's not freak out just yet. As frustrated as I am, this is not the final word. We have no idea if whether that includes Poz and Florence so we can't freak out about that. I just cannot see them letting both of them go and refusing to go after any solid free agents. How do they expect to sell tickets for a team that hasn't been to the playoffs in 11 years and seems as if they don't care? I know they're the Bills but we can't freak out just yet. be happy that the lockout is over and hope we can sign at least one starting level free agent.
  13. Same old Bills. It's easy to forget how cheap the Bills are now days because of the sabres. We think that all is well in Buffalo sports, but we forget about Ralph...
  14. First of all, I tweeted Miller pretty much just hyping him and Buffalo up. But secondly, David Nelson is by no means a TE. Just because he's tall doesnt mean he can play TE. You have no idea what kind of a blocker he is, and if you think that he would be a great pass catching TE then why move him from WR?
  15. Well it's me being rational. If Ralph was okay with them leaving, then why wouldn't he have just sold them years ago and make money while he was actually still alive?
  16. Doesn't matter. Bills aren't going anywhere. Ralph wouldn't hold this team here for this long for no good reason.
  17. Poz would be a pro bowler on a better team. He's everything a fan wants in a linebacker: big, aggressive, the occasional flowing hair. We cannot afford to let Poz go, he's too solid at a position we are by no means deep at.
  18. No way we lose to Miami at home. Squish the fish.
  19. 8-8. I don't see us beating NYG, but I think we can beat Dallas and Denver L @ Kansas City Chiefs W Oakland Raiders L New England Patriots W @ Cincinnati Bengals L Philadelphia Eagles L @ New York Giants - Bye W Washington Redskins (Tor) L New York Jets W @ Dallas Cowboys W @ Miami Dolphins L @ New York Jets W Tennessee Titans L @ San Diego Chargers W Miami Dolphins W Denver Broncos L @ New England Patriots
  20. It's in the article...
  21. The current recession, although I wouldn't call it a good thing for country, hasn't actually been all that bad for Buffalo. The bottom line is that now days no job market is safe. Some may be more stable than others (NYC, LA, Dallas, Washington, Houston etc.) but for the most part the price of living is now a serious aspect of a region's success. And for cities like Buffalo who are beginning to realize that their potential lies in the universities and health care buisnesses, the low taxes in the region I'm sure will help keep Buffalo as a viable metro area.
  22. J.P. LOsman?
  23. Because of past injuries I don't think the Bills will be over matched by any team's offer for Poz. I want him back simply because he is one of the few consistent play makers we have on this team that are proven.
  24. Good. I do believe our interior defense will be solid this year pending his return.
  25. Just deport Rex Ryan, Revis, their Linebacker core and Offensive Line and we should be okay.
