  1. What's ATL's cap situation like? will they be able to match the deal?
  2. Can't blame him. It's more of him wanting to stay on a really good team and a franchise that gave him a chance to be a starter. But that doesn't mean he wants nothing to do with Buffalo.
  3. If your report is true then I bet we'll know by tonight whether we have him or not.
  4. Parrish is our slot man, unless they plan on making Donald Jones that guy, Roscoe isn't going anywhere.
  5. But I doubt we have the desire to match whatever the Giants throw at him. So why not go after a guy who's equally better thus avoiding a bidding war that could cost us heavily?
  6. I hear you. But for now we no for sure that the Bills have pursued a very good free agent for the time being. We don't know hoe serious the offer is, but the man himself has confirmed that we have made an effort. So although I am prepared for a let down, I am very excited for the thought of bringing a guy like Clabo in.
  7. Is there any estimated day/time that there is expected to be an update?
  8. We could do it with a 3rd and a 5th. Would be a great acqusition.
  9. ...but not every free agent RT sucks...? Clabo has been a superb starting RT on a very good team for four years. If we sign him, we will not regret it.
  10. I want an update on this right now. Tired of waiting around anticipating bad news.
  11. I don't mind this move. As long as it doesn't hurt our chances of getting Clabo or improving our front seven if totally fine with it. Obivously Nix/Gailey saw a dangerous playmaker that could fit the offense they will be running this year. And the way the rest of the AFC East looks this year, we're going to need as many weapons we can get.
  12. Nice, be relentless, don't let him think about staying in ATL.
  13. As much as it must suck to be called a bust, he's living the good life. Money for nothing.
  14. Is it possible that the Bills are offering not only more money but a chance to play LT? We could always move Bell to RT and make Clabo the man on our line.
  15. Maybe they think he fits our hybrid, 3-4 and 4-3 defense. They might put him a 3-4 OLB and 4-3 DE depending on the opponent.
  16. http://atlanta.sbnation.com/2011/7/27/2297896/nfl-free-agency-rumors-jason-babin-titans-falcons-bears-chiefs This must be where Moran got it from.
  17. Seahawks just signed an offensive lineman. Does this help our chances of getting Clabo since they have also been reported as a conteder for him?
  18. We're so far below the cap do we really need to save money?
  19. Let's wait to see what we add in free agency before we start predicting.
  20. Give Clabo 7.5 million a year, then go after Zach Miller. Pipe dream?
  21. Give him the contract you were going to give to Poz, tack on an extra year and a 2 million more and he'll sign. Come on Buddy (or Ralph for that matter), show us you care!
  22. YESSSSSSSSS get er done!
  23. This is exactly the lame excuse Ralph wilson uses when he ends another offseason with no significant moves. The bottom line is in order for a team like us to acquire a legitimate free agent we need to be a playoff team. That starts with drafting, but unfortunately Ralph has shown little interest in improving our scouting department over the past decade, leaving us below average and an unattractive destination for free agents.
