  1. yo Einstein the front office gets the grief for sucky players- because they thought they were good when they brought them in our players sucks because our front office can't find and evaluate NFL talent, especially on the OL
  2. because Ralph never had any plans to hire a real GM- that would upset the Inner Circle Jerk The most he ever said would be a "possibility" he would look at changes in the front office Firing Dick was the big change and will be enough for Brandon to spin to the lemmings to set new ticket sales records even keeping Fewell as HC they will get a little extra buzz by naming a new DC as well (although he is probably on the roster already) QB coach thought will have to come from outside
  3. Building your front office around the 70 year old Buddy Nix would be a monumental blunder. As good a scout as he may have been, he is 70 years old. keep him as a consultant and bring in someone not on life support
  4. what they really want is the highest number of players on IR than is physically possibly so they can spin injuries as the major reason for the meltdown in 2009. You can just see Brandon proclaiming - Perry Fewell, and a healthy Bills team in 2010, will be in the playoffs in 2010. No team had 25 guys on in 2009 so we have to be better in 2009. (Don't actually look at the list to determine that most of the guys don't belong on an NFL roster). So come on down and buy these season tickets
  5. well, then, your belief is wrong Brandon told Peters in january before the draft, he would not get a new contract. Peters promptly disappeared. Brandon is either stupid or arrogant to think that hardball tactics with Peters would not turn out badly. Any savvy GM would have gotten some leverage (another option at LT) to play hardball. Instead the Bills pass on 2 stud OTs Albert and Clady, and take a situational DB who still has not made an impact at CB after 2 years. This year Brandon compounds the madness by going into the season with an injured 7th round scrub who has never played a down as his only LT. It looks more like he was purposely trying to sabotage the team, than trying to build a contender
  6. if the pass defense was so stellar, then they should be able to stop a few 3rd down conversions, force some 3 and outs and get their butts off the field. a little too convenient to blame the defense failures on the offense of course, this line of logic goes all the way back to the Super Bowl teams- where the offense scored too quickly and put too much pressure on the D
  7. coincides directly with Bell leaving the field and taking his 3-5 false start penalties per game with him
  8. the reason they have spent too much time on the field is because they can't make stops on 3rd down - regardless of what the offense is doing, the defense could be pitching 3 and outs of its own. but instead give up 17 play 10- minute drives
  9. McElvin is the typical Bills top 12 pick - a situational player at bests who vastly underperforms even that limited role and to think we could have the stud LT- Ryan Clady with that pick
  10. what new GM??? If Fewell is the coach, then nothing changes in the front office Brandon will sell the firing of Dick as the big move and the lemmings will eat it up and set ticket sales records
  11. that's because Bell has not played a down since Dick was fired
  12. too many OL???? we don't have enough to field a starting lineup
  13. good thing we had our tall end zone target in on that play
  14. Lynch proved how fat and slow he is with that run. Jackson and any other #1 RB would have scored on that run looked like Lynch was winded after passing the 1st down marker
  15. Marv couldn't coach worth a damn when they went to the Super Bowls - and now the game has completely passed him by Bills fans are complete maroons
  16. after he fumbled the first one, it was stupid to bring out the 2nd one. even more stupid that our coaches let him on the field for the 2nd one to have the chance to be stupid on his own
  17. he phones it in from Florida - where there are many more distractions than in Philly
  18. The Bills need to immediately hire a consultant, like Ron Wolfe to help evaluate team needs and run the GM search. There is no one in the Bills qualified to even know where to begin, other than to sabotage the entire process so the inner circle jerk stays intact.
  19. looks like the knee injury is the big difference, not the position change typical of the Bills to give up extra picks for players with crippling injuries should have kept the pick and stayed put and taken David Harris players from the Big 10 are too damn slow
  20. well most of the lemmings anyway
  21. why would Ralph bring in a real GM? that would cost money and break up the inner circle jerk the new coach would sell plenty of tickets
  22. way to ask the tough follow up probing questions another hard hitting piece
  23. more likely they keep Fewell and the existing front office intact and the lemmings will be back in droves to see the "new beginning"
  24. Walmart - the evil empire try drinking water from the tap
  25. you are correct. these guys need tome to develop - another 5-10 years and they might be able to contribute at a rookie level.
