  1. Drop zone Jones!! That's brilliant Also, spot on post.
  2. Hope this doesn't sound harsh, but people that don't get this sentiment have probably never been the star player on their team. Regardless of what level you played at. Saying you're not happy after a win that you contributed little to does not mean you're happy with a loss where you contributed a lot to. Watkins has that "FU, I'm better than you attitude" that drives many great athletes. An objective observer can see he is a criminally underused talent. A big part of that is bad luck with injuries. I firmly believe you need guys like that to win. He is good and he knows it. Nothing wrong with that. He was still the first guy to congratulate his teammates after a TD. Hopefully they get a rare talent with that 2nd round pick. Otherwise, it's still a horrible trade.
  3. Those are really the only two things I remember about him. Who really cares what this stiff has to say? Of course he's going to support his teammate in public.
  4. Still not a fan of the trade, but I'm now a fan of EJ Gaines: https://twitter.com/SalSports/status/915247143442636800
  5. He solved racism and now he wants back in? No thanks. We already have our sloppy, stumbling route runner on the roster. And Zay Jones seems like a nicer guy.
  6. This gets me thinking about the Watkins trade again. I absolutely despised it at the time. Still hate it. But one interesting fact that gets overlooked about it is that our total wins line in Vegas didn't move at all after the trade. So the people who do this professionally think either: 1. Taylor isn't that good 2. Watkins isn't that good 3. The wide receiver position isn't that important I think they're both really good so it's probably #3.
  7. Hughes has my vote, but Hyde is right there. What a surprise he has been.
  8. This is honestly the weirdest Bills season I can remember. And that's saying something.
  9. Not to make excuses for him, but he was up against the best center in the NFL.
  10. He flies! Under the radar, that is. Solid player who I believe will have a really good game today with Lawson out.
  11. Get Tyrod a helmet microphone that keeps working after the snap along with a coaching staff that does all sorts of other shady stuff and you'll have that. In any case, I hope the Bills do win 8 of 9 so Tyrod becomes an adequate qb for you.
  12. Lol.. What a ridiculous post. I wonder what your criteria for him to become a tier one qb would be. Also, who do you consider tier one?
  13. How about that guy Dan Marino from Ace Ventura? Not sure if they won but he was good enough to get kidnapped. He must have been alright. Can't recall who played him. Seemed like a douche
  14. Not really. You just need to be able to score. Who cares how they do it?
  15. Not true. I may be in the extreme minority, but I feel he is the long-term answer here. And I believe he'll prove it over the next 13 games. If and when he does, I hope the Bills FO is smart enough to look beyond the fact he isn't a few inches taller, slower and white. Which seems like a sticking point among many on this board. He's actually really good when you look at what he's done in context, and the fact that this is just his third year starting. Not sure why his detractors point to four years of sitting on the bench in Baltimore. He started as many games there as did everyone on this board. And a hearty LOL at the guy comparing him to Ryan f'n Fitzpatrick.
  16. So you need to throw for 300 yards to win a game around 10 times a season? By that rationale, we'd max out at 6 wins a year. I think you need to check your math. You forgot to carry the one somewhere.
  17. Look at Carr last week. Less than 120 yards and two interceptions. Not hard to play this week to week game. Taylor is good. I'd even say really good. Guess many are just too used to dog turb QB play here to recognize anything different.
  18. Nope. He's had a rough time in coverage, taken some bad angles on runs and missed a clear interception on Sunday. To be fair, I don't zero in on him for every play, and I don't think he's been awful, but he really has been the weak link so far on a surprisingly solid defense.
