  1. Can we replace Chuck Norris facts with Gibran Hamdan facts? Gibran Hamdan can win a game of Connect Four in three moves.
  2. I don't think he'll be on the team after this year unless he takes a big pay cut. That team is all Belichick (witness the 11-5 record he amassed with Matt Cassell). He's like the Alex Ferguson of the NFL. He's cutthroat and doesn't care what you've meant to the team in the past.
  3. I think that says more about you than the internet.
  4. Put WRs Hardy and Johnson on the line, joining Wood, Wang, Levitre and watch the 'exposure' we get on national TV.
  5. It's not a matter of whether he's right or not. A guy who professes to be a leader on the team shouldn't be throwing people under the bus like that. He did the same thing with Losman when he was pumping up Edwards. Obviously it was a no-brainer at the time as to who was playing better, but that's still a b*tch move. The guy's got zero class.
  6. I've been one of the lurkers. What is the deal with tgregg? I've never been on this thread until yesterday. Is he really a writer for the show? How awesome is that? If so, that only reaffirms my belief that the Bills are the coolest team in pro sports. In any case, that was a really good read, as have been a lot of the posts.
  7. ...he would be playing cornerback??
  8. Apologies if this has been posted before... http://www.buffalosportsdaily.com/2010/05/...s-dont-attract/ If only the 49ers hadn't taken Patrick Willis one spot before this guy...

  10. Actually no, he sucks. He has no nose for the ball. On multiple occasions, you see him go for the hit when a ball's been badly overthrown and he's not even looking at it. That would be okay to stomach if he actually ever did lay down the hammer once in a while. Other than the Chad Ochocinco hit, has he ever hit anyone hard? I do remember him getting steamrolled by Sammy Morris though. So he can't get picks, can't hit, and talks too much. It's easy to say "oh, he's not that bad...you just think he sucks because he was drafted so high". But I'm saying he sucks regardless of where he was picked. And yes, his big mouth does him no favours. Don't think of him as a leader just because he never shuts up.
  11. So Whitner's possibly pissed at Bills fans and may not re-sign when his contract is up. I'm still waiting to hear what the bad news is in all of this...
  12. If by 'his position', you mean 'getting his arms broken way too easily' then I'd have to argue with whoever put someone ahead of him.
  13. Egads... They were so close to getting Patrick Willis...dammit! CJ Ah You...now there's a name and a half.
  14. I'm noticing a bit of a trend here. A lot of the Evans bashers have terrible spelling and grammar. The defenders generally have a better grasp of the English language. I don't think that's a coincidence. The guy's an awesome talent. It's too bad the coaches he's had are complete idiots. They just need to get the ball in his hands. For example, I can't fathom why they gave Owens a couple of those end around plays last year and none to Lee. Also, all you Brandon Marshall fans are probably the same ones who said Braylon Edwards was better than Evans when he had his breakout year. Newsflash, he's not. Evans is actually better than both of them. Not being a diva WR who bitches about more touches has been to his own detriment.
  15. Do you even watch the games? When have you seen Lee drop a pass? Just name a couple of instances. Can you even name one? Not sure I've ever heard him be criticized for that. What a stupid post.
  16. I'm not as sour on Lynch's off-field transgressions as most. But I think what needs to be stated here is the fact that he's just not that good. I don't think he's really needed at this point. Not exceptionally fast/strong/intelligent (football-wise) and not the receiving threat he was made out to be when he was drafted. He's not a burner, not a bruiser, he's just kind of there, and that's it. Fred Jackson ran behind the same line Lynch did with much more success. Perhaps that is more of a sign on how good Jackson is than an indictment on Lynch, but at the end of the day, I don't think the Bills lose a whole lot if they unload him.
  17. Hire Chuck Dickerson as your co-host. I know I'm in the minority, but I get a kick out of that guy and miss hearing him on the radio.
  18. Would have been nice to see what Bobby April could have done with this kid...
  19. Does anyone else find it ironic that this thread has turned into a convo about crapping your pants while the subject is "what is with the leaks?"
  20. Yup. One touch for each running back before they punt.
  21. Thanks for the info Nevergiveup. Are you getting any kind of inclination that they would like to trade up or down?
  22. Just ensure that you are watching at 7:30 sharp next year, or you will miss the Bills' pick.
  23. Well I guess I'm the first who's disappointed in this. I love the primetime games, whether it be sunday or monday night (not necessarily thursday). There's a certain excitement about it that you just don't get on a sunday afternoon. I know they don't do well at night, but they don't do all that great during the day either. Here's to a playoff season and a flex game. And when I say "here's", I'm holding up my glass of kool-aid.
  24. And how would you know that? I'm not saying he is a bust or isn't. But you can't evaluate a guy when he's barely hit the field. And before you say there's a reason he didn't get to play remember that this is the same coaching staff that held back more than their share of younger guys in lieu of older/$hi**ier players. Maybin seems a bit over-emotional and maybe talks a bit too much, but he was a first rounder for a reason. If the Bills didn't take him, I think it's safe to say that he would have gone before the second round.
  25. I bet Wilfork requested this so he can use Holt's crooked finger to tickle his prostate.
