  1. I agree with the OP's statement for the most part, but don't forget that we still have mckelvin on the team. He might be the most incoherent guy in the league. Reminds me of boomhauer (or whatever his name was) from king of the hill.
  2. I actually like Tasker. On the other hand, who the hell is Andrew Catalon?
  3. This may be sacrelige, but I haven't seen Kyle Williams do anything all season. He needs to step it up. The double-teams didn't stop him last year.
  4. haha...that works for both sides! nicely played
  5. I read that it was Kool from Kool and the Gang.
  6. They could pay him 20 million a year and still be under the cap. They should give him 5-6 million a year for the next two years. I'd say even then he'd be underpaid.
  7. Ignore these people telling you you're not a good friend if you watch the game while your buddy's wedding ceremony is going on. I wouldn't say it's narcissistic, but it's close to it. If it was my wedding, I'd have no problem with it.
  8. The 2011 Buffalo Bills: Even giving women erections.
  9. Ya, but the interviewee knows not to piss him off. Rihanna can attest to that.
  10. I miss Van Miller.
  11. Fitz sleeps with every woman in the world once a month. She bleeds for a few days after.
  12. wow i guess anyone can get a radio show on sirius i can't see the bills losing this game unless they beat themselves, which has happened quite often the last decade admittedly bills 30, raiders 16
  13. I like that he said that. You need more of that kind of talk in the league. Makes the games more interesting.
  14. Just thought that this deserved it's own topic. Granted, they are tied with 15 other teams at 1-0, but they have the biggest point differential. This may only last a few more days so enjoy being a fan of the #1 team in the league until then. Then again, maybe they go 19-0. Go Bills!
  15. They've got Jabari Greer, who was and still is, better than any corner we've had here since he left. I watched that whole game on Thursday and even though Rodgers tore it up, he never burned Greer. Mostly because he wouldn't throw his way. That guy is so underrated. Hopefully he can stay healthy this year.
  16. Ok, now I'm not so sure you're being serious. Are you really saying that you'd rather keep Ryan Fitzpatrick over Tom Brady because you think Fitzpatrick is better?
  17. Ease up, folks. I believe what the OP is trying to say is that he'd rather lose with Fitz than win with Brady (or at least take his chances rooting for someone he likes rather than someone he doesn't). I can respect that, even though I don't share that thought process. There's obviously not even a discussion as to who's better. But count me among the few around here that actually likes Brady. Ya, he can be a bit of a whiner at times, but a lot of the great ones are ultra-competitive like that (Gretzky, Jordan, Lemieux, Crosby, Manning, etc..). The guy was a 6th rounder and never projected to amount to much. Imagine if he was a Bill and attained the same amount of success? Jim Kelly would be an after-thought. I think the fact that he's been the second biggest reason why the Pats have been whipping our asses for years is why everyone hates him (still think Belichick is the straw that stirs the drink in NE). And to put it bluntly, that is the ultimate compliment to the guy.
  18. He's out for the year. But like others have said, that wasn't the play that he got hurt on. They even showed a replay of him just falling awkwardly when he went out.
  19. I rewatched the entire Monday night opener against NE from two years ago on Friday. Didn't even look away or turn it off when McLovin fumbled. I'd like to think my sacrifice pleased the football Gods. Next Friday is the Dallas Monday nighter from 2007. Pretty sure I can probably find 17 more stomach-churning defeats from recent history to help us go undefeated this year. And probably another 19 different ones next year.
  20. That was unreal. Was kind of crappy that they just ran the clock out after that.
  21. I don't think Spiller's as bad as a lot of people say. I place some blame on the run blocking. Everyone seems to think that the blocking is okay because FJ does well with it. I think FJ actually makes them look good because he is that talented.
  22. I'm a huge fan of Freddie and perhaps not the most objective viewer, but I think he's easily a top 10 back in the league and maybe even top 5. He just has such a unique way of playing. He never seems to make a mistake. I think breakaway speed is a bit overrated for a running back. Those 60+ yard runs are too rare. It's the 1-2 yard runs that he get 5-6 on that matter and he does that often and as good as anyone.
  23. BUFFALO F'N BILLS!!!!!!!!
  24. Now that he's gone, who's going to hut the ball to the QB's feet in shotgun?
  25. Are some of you really stating that trading Evans for a 4th rounder was anything other than a bush-league move? Lets revisit the excuses thrown out there for doing it.. 1. He didn't like going over the middle because he didn't like getting hit - Horsecrap. If anything, Steve Johnson was the guy who would be afraid of getting hit and run out of bounds or fall down last year. Lee ran slants as well as anyone on the team. 2. Made too much money - No he didn't. There are other guys you get rid of before him if you're trying to save money (Kelsay, not re-sign Florence) 3. He's just a deep threat - Untrue. But even if it was, isn't having a guy like that key to keeping defenses honest? Especially when there's nobody else on the roster that can do it as well as he does? 4. He would leave by the time the team's good - This has got to be my favourite. The sad part it is, I think this is the actual reason they let him go. The fact is that he stuck around for his whole career on pretty much a terrible team. Why would he leave when they became good? Unless deep down they don't think they will be. In any case, good teams keep their good players and I don't know why everyone just automatically assumes he would leave in two years. 5. He requested a trade - Lee said he didn't and there's been no evidence to the contrary. Then Buddy Nix goes on the radio talking about how Evans' skill set wasn't good enough. Not in those exact words, but that was the gist of it. An asinine judgement for starters. But perhaps more importantly than that, incredibly classless (not to mention him knocking Hangartner also). In a league full of prima donna WRs, Evans was nothing but a model citizen and team player since he was drafted. Then you trade him and go on the radio and pretty much say he wasn't good enough to be on your team. Straight shooter? Maybe. Bad aim? Definitely.
