Everything posted by QB Bills

  1. By my count, he had between seven and eleven drops today.
  2. Bills need a QB. End of story. Everything else is just window dressing.
  3. No offense, but what is the point of this? One thread per game is kosher
  4. quite the opposite actually...he looked horrid here until the last throw to easley
  5. panchod.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIWu45CRszM
  6. Haha...brilliant retort!
  7. and less than an hour after this post, hopkins gets put on IR...priceless
  8. Perfectly stated. Wish I could be as optimistic as some of you but too many things just don't add up.
  9. Bills should try to trade for Matt Cassel now. They obviously won't. But they will trade Byrd for a late round pick. sigh...
  10. I don't know why everyone thinks he's so bad. From anything I've seen this year, he's been running open all season and Manuel can't get him the ball. The long bomb by tuel was slightly overthrown. Not tj's fault.
  11. I like ej, and I know he will get better, but with even average qb play to this point, this a 4-1 or possibly 5-0 team.
  12. Moorman!! And use him to run some fake punts. He was always good at those.
  13. On top of his improvement (or more aptly, scheme improvement), he seems like a genuinely good guy. Never heard him in interviews before this year, but now that I have, I'm rooting for him more than earlier. http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Aaron_Williams_goes_PINK_for_BCA/633bcce6-d8dd-4a15-a2dd-1e4ebcb7a12c
  14. No prob. You should though. It's a classic. Glengarry glen Ross.
  15. Thats a quote from a movie that I guess you haven't seen. I said it in jest. I like fitz' moxie. He is just not a good qb.
  16. Fitz sucks. As long as he's the qb in tennessee, they're not a wild card threat. Hopefully locker stays out long term. Gailey made him look way better than he actually was.
  17. Right. Because he was totally blanketed against the best cover guys in the league the last few years right?
  18. Google "asap", genius.
  19. Point taken Doc, but I still believe the Bills messed up the Peters situation as much as he did himself. And maybe Glenn isn't cut from the same cloth as him either. Point is, the Bills are way under the cap, with not a lot of big players to re-sign. They need to start locking up their talent instead of perpetually plugging one hole while creating another.
  20. I think everyone subconsciously thinks he should be good because he has a tough sounding name. Or maybe that's just me. I also thought Jamie Nails was going to be a perennial all-pro.
  21. He's a hidden gem at this point. A good team would lock him up long term asap. Which means, he'll be leaving Buffalo for free agency in a couple of years.
  22. We'll wait on your research for that one, buddy. Very good analysis, in my opinion. I've always thought QB pressures are more indicative of DE play than sack total.
  23. He's an excellent player. People who don't realize that really don't know much about football and its pointless trying to convince them otherwise.
  24. For the record, the Bills don't win this game without Fred Jackson on the last drive.
  25. His best game as a pro was the "home" game against the Skins in his rookie year. He was ineffective last year, and nothing special on Sunday. I was a big fan of his coming out of college, but he should be getting better, not worse. And the fact that Kyle Williams is a shadow of his former self doesn't help either. This vaunted D-line of ours is a mirage and, along with the LBs, the biggest reason why this team sucked last year. Not Fitz, not a lack of CJ, not ****-for-brains McKelvin. I hope Pettine can turn things around but that remains to be seen.
