  1. *face-palms*
  2. Wow! Nice thread! As much as everyone likes to argue their points (and sometimes poke fun) the bottom line is, come game day, we're all cheering for the same team. Here's hoping we all go to bed tonight a little bit happier, and if the Bills can't win, maybe Bruschi can trip and fall on National Television for us!!
  3. +1 You lost me at you're a Bills fan and your brother is a Lions fan..... What did you do, write down all NFL teams on paper, throw them in a hat, and pick??? If so, I'd advise to never play the Lotto...
  4. Sooooo, you don't like him, then??
  5. I'll agree (barely) that the last pick was Cutler's fault, but the other ones, not even close. He's in for a long season if that's what kind of receivers he's going to be working with. Those guys sucked, bad.
  6. Check my location, you're wrong. I know Taylor WAS good, and I'm not saying he isn't still productive. BUT, when Maroney is healthy, he's a play maker with great pass-catching abilities. I'm also an Ohio ST. fan and watched Maroney plenty in college, so regardless of what your opinion is of both, Maroney is younger, quicker, and overall better at both of their stages of their career. Again, this is all based on a healthy Maroney, which has been quite a problem with him, no doubt.
  7. I'll take a vocal teammate who wants to win over a dirty cheapshot artist any day of the week... Harrison's a whole different breed of scumbag, and comparing him to TO is just childish and a "homer" move on your part.
  8. Marony IS good, he just can't stay healthy. Really, all of their backs serve a different purpose, so I wouldn't go as far as to say them having that many backs is a direct reflection on any one's performance, but moreso their individual responsibilities to the offense/special teams. It may seem rediculous to us that they have so many backs, but it seems to work for them, so maybe they're on to something. It shocks me to no end that we don't use our backs more often in passing plays (aside from the all too often last resort check down). I'd like to see more designed plays with Lynch AND Jackson serving as WR's. That would probably get Trent killed, though, as there wouldn't be our much needed "extra blocker"....
  9. No, not really. The flip side to this, though, would be, "why doesn't a Jags team who has resorted to "tarping" seats lower their prices to accomodate their fans?? Especially if they're crying recession... Damn you ninja edit!!!!!
  10. FAIL A healthy Maroney is better than present day Fred Taylor.... just sayin...
  11. This all may be true, but one could argue that the Buffalo area is one of the poorest areas in terms of NFL cities, certainly moreso than Phoenix, San Diego, and probably even Jacksonville. So if we're including ALL aspects of ticket sales, I'd say it was still pretty even in terms of cost/poverty....
  12. Because Harrison brings ratings. Look, he has his own thread, on a Bill's forum. He's a car accident, nobody wants to see one, but nobody can look away, either. These guys are what stations drool over, for the most part. Bet your bottom dollar T.O. will have his pick of stations/shows the second he decides to hang 'em up, and for the same reasons Harrison got his spot on NBC; they talk too much...
  13. Really??
  14. ..... and Willis....
  15. Nope. LW was the key piece in beating them, all hope is lost.....
  16. I was gonna +3 you on the "die" post, but then I realized we're approaching 4 pages to your thread and you've yet to come back and rebuttle those who wish bad things on you. An obvious troll, maybe a Pats* fan looking for some attention, but either way, I hope your cable goes out Monday night and you're stuck playing tiddley-winks with your Mother-in-Law under flower scented candlelight and warm milk...
  17. Jeebus, dude, don't jump!!
  18. Would you REALLY like me to start a list of coaches who yell and scream and get in the faces of players, but also have losing records as coaches?? I mean, I can if you want, but it's kind of a long list, so..... Oh ya, and..... Bill belichick
  19. Aaron Maybin
  20. Wow, this hasn't been locked yet. Must be because of the holiday weekend. Well, since I got in before the lock; My dog couldn't pounce on my keyboard and type something dumber than this... well done OP!
  21. Another "fan" wishing ill-will on the team for his own agenda. Your act is getting old already, please go cheer for the Lions.
  22. I actually expect the game to be closer than most, so I'm not sure dumb would be the appropriate word, for me at least... *doesn't expect a win, just the game to be somewhat close* -
  23. Thanks coach Jauron!! We know how you feel about DB's... j/k -
  24. I actually do expect Lee to put up 1200 this year. But Marshall would put up more, just sayin. I'm not saying Marshall is a better person than Lee, that is obvious, but as far as WR in the NFL, even with all of his problems, Marshall's better. Don't believe me?? Just take a glance at where, with all of his problems, Marshall is going in Fantasy Football leagues as opposed to where Lee is being picked. It's not even close, and there's no guarantee Marshall even starts the season on the field.
  25. Where did I put blame on any 1 person?? Your sarcasm makes me not even want to discuss this further, but I can't help myself. When you get a chance to make your team on the field better, you do it. If the HC can't control the locker room, you bring in someone else. I get it, you like cute and cuddly, but me, I just want the Bills to win. If this guy can be had for the right price, it's a no-brainer.
