  1. How have you NOT been banned yet???
  2. I'm leaning towards agreeing with you, but am curious as to where you got 80% from??
  3. Best post I've read since joining.... well done!
  4. Those deaths you're referring to weren't a result of the heat. It was pre-existing illnesses along with improper hydration practices. It's hot and everything, but the NFL is not the only Football in Florida during the months of August/September. If you train and hydrate properly, it's manageable.
  5. Too bad, too, because he was very good in College and was considered a steal when N.E. grabbed him in the 2nd. Injuries played a huge factor in his career up to this point. I hope he can stay healthy and give himself a chance. The talent is there, not sure about the heart/head....
  6. Can you elaborate on this, please? * doesn't "tweet" *
  7. I think the two biggest knocks on him are his mechanics and accuracy. Also the idea to change his mechanics AFTER his college career and leading up to the draft. Then there's the religion factor and his cult following that those who know nothing about Football tend to lean on. Lastly, I have it on good authority that he's smug.....which could tie in directly with his religion. Meh, I'd rather have a sub par player jackin fools for $20 bills... mor articles to read about my favorite team.
  8. Get over it, dramaqueen....
  9. Help us O B-1, you're our only hope!
  10. IBTL Actually, why can't McNabb get the "Tebow" treatment and get his own pinned thread??
  11. I think the point trying to be made there is that DM does more for the team now than a JH......
  12. ^Damn you! Beat me to it!! Why are you so sure the Bills weren't interested? Sometimes, guys choose other places. If your choices were the Bills or the Pats*, where would you sign?
  13. Of course. I don't think there was any ill-intent. He wasn't advising, "Pray now or burn in hell". I realize people get uptight about things like this, but if this is Tebow at his worst, well, he didn't take anyone's $20 for not praying, so I don't think he's all that bad. It's a touchy subject for sure, and Tim will learn that as he continues to mature.
  14. There's a fine line between "sharing your faith" and offering it when it isn't wanted. When you commit the latter, you're turning people away from God, which is also mentioned in the Bible. Timing is key with this, and he should have used better common sense.
  15. Exactly. Even Christians say, "Oh ****" when the Jehovah's Witnesses come knocking. At least I do....
  16. Who's defending him?? The issue that I see most people taking with this situation was the response he got. Just to clarify, I am religious but keep my beliefs to myself. Tebow should have done the same. He got a typical response from a young man who was about to take a very important test. To me, the Peanut Butter bunny is much more important than this story...
  17. http://www.oryans.com/peanut-butter-filled-bunny.html Google is your homey!
  18. You're right. The deal would have to be worth it to pass on a guy like Spiller. If it isn't, perhaps then we would have no choice but to draft him. I still think, again assuming the players mentioned before are all off the board, we could get good enough value out of a trade down to address our needs. This draft is one of the deepest at all around talent in years. There are excellent players to be had in the 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th rounds. Either way, should this play out, it will be interesting to watch. That's to say until no offers are made and the Bills simply pass on Spiller and pick up a DB with #9...
  19. Cool, I like Peanut Butter filled Chocolate bunnies!! And tell him to stop pooping in my living room. My Daughter thinks they're brown Jelly Beans...
