Not sure. The scars still run deep from those four consecutive losses. I watched all those games by myself so I could watch the game with no distractions. I felt like I had connection with those players that played together for years and were so easy to root for- Kelly, Smith, Reed, Thomas, Hull, Bennett, Conlan, Odomes, Wolford, Jones, Pike, Metzelaars, Beebe, Tasker, Talley, Kelso, Ballard, etc. Maybe I'm older but I don't have the bond I had with those great teams of the late 80's, early 90's so would be alot less emotionally invested.

Best runner- OJ. Speed and juking ability second to none. Best All-around- Thurman. Great vision. Played with chip on shoulder. My favorite all-time player btw. Best receiver- Larry Centers. Here briefly during the Greg Williams era but he was awesome at catching passes out of the backfield.

I don't understand this move. Chandler is a starting caliber TE in the NFL. He's the best we've had since Jay Riemersma (or however it's spelled). I dread the Robert Royal, Derek Schoumann, Tim Euhus years that we have suffered.

Stop trying rationalize the fact that the Bills QB position remains unsolved. Not so great QB's???? With the exception of Trent Dilfer, all those guys played well for at least a few seasons. Phil Simms is in the HOF. This is just silly.

Ahhhh, Drew Rosenhaus. Remember him from Willis McGahee where he was pretending to be on the phone with teams that were going to draft McGahee so he would be drafted sooner.

Not sure if trade 1 was Nix's or Whaley's. He fleeced the Colts on the Hughes-Sheppard trade. The McCoy-Alonso trade may just get us into the playoffs. Overall, more good than bad on the trades.

That logic to justify this trade is laughable.

Alonso was a playmaker. Always thought his thin frame and the way he throws his body around would lead to a short NFL career but he's young and had an incredible rookie year. Disappointed to see him go. The Bills had a major need at RB and that hole was filled. The defense could have been even more dominant with Alonso. Probably a fair trade for both teams, just think a RB could be found in the draft without giving up one of your young stud playmakers.

No one knows if he's the long term solution at QB. His rookie year was hindered by his knee injuries and he got benched in favor of Kyle Orton. We should know in a year if he can be the guy.

Rex has brought us instant media attention and that's a good thing.
