    Watching the way Rex delivered (body language, pauses, scratching his back) the Reggie injury update before tonight's practice leaves me thinking it's pretty bad. I was trying to be optimistic, but I am less so now.

    FWIW- the year we lost Kiko I was soooo bummed. We ended up being really good on defense. Not saying we'll be better on d this year if he's out for any length of time, but Tyrod, Sammy and Shady are the keys to this season.
