  1. Dude. I always appreciate the small school content and news you bring to the site. Thanks for your contributions; hope you iron things out and continue to post. You're the type of person I wanted contributing to this site. If we lose folks like you, we lose alot of football acumen.
  2. My advice as a six year season ticket holder: Buy the Pats game for double price and after we get blown out, you'll be able to buy the rest of the season under face. Heck, you'll probably get the December game for free. Bonus: you don't have to buy the crappy preseason games for face. I'll send you one of my pins and a schedule magnet. Congrats on your retirement!
  3. Admittedly, I haven't read all six pages, so perhaps this has already been mentioned. Murph just stated that if he's in the NFL's substance abuse program already (something we wouldn't know) he will receive a suspension (likely 4 games), if not, he may not or less (1 game). Take it for what it's worth, but something worth noting in this discussion. Hopefully, this is his first infraction.
  4. He's playing week one. Mark it, dudes.
  5. Didn't the kids day game go into OT last year and end super late, thus nullifying any chance of kids watching the fireworks?
  6. This is a conspiracy put forth by the shopping cart pushing, can collecting dudes.
  7. Hey! That's me. The next day my arm feels like it's going to fall off and I've rolled an ankle or two. But during that 5 hours of tailgating I feel invincible like Mark Walhberg.
  8. He won't miss game checks; just hope he's ready for week 1. He and Williams will make a good tandem. I'm not sold on Searcy. I like parts of his game, but others scare me.
  9. B.I.N.G.O. And Buffalo was their name-o. The baby's water may have broken today, but it's still yet to go through the birthing process, let alone to the point where we cut the ambillical.
  10. Ready to cut smith for EJ. Tuel is smooth
  11. Perhaps a Bills Bar on Soy Cowboy
  12. Damn. Damn. Damn. Levitre is looking great tonight. He's sprung two long Td runs and pulled to open a hole for Green on 4th down. I miss Andy.
  13. San Jose Bills fan: he's always on his game; except when he isn't.
  14. FWIW- He also mentioned that he was reading about people trashing him on message boards in passing in today's interview. Keeping feeding the troll, folks. Keep feeding.
  15. Two injuries at the position. Warm camp body
  16. Good point. And it gives me a headache everyday I watch clips. I hate the angles, but I understand why.
  17. It too is in a semi urban location. The parking and tailgating situation is horrible. Lot's of underground lots etc. The stadium and field are super nice, the tailgating leaves something to be desired.
  18. It's really to each his own. It's about the people you're with and the people you're around that make the experience what it is. I still love the stadiums with big, open parking lots surrounding them. They are a dying breed. The downtown, urban stadiums, while nice, are killing tailgating. Tailgate in an ally in Detroit or in Hammer's lot? No brainer. Cleveland is a mix of both. Downtown, but a little bit of tailgate realestate. Pittsburg and Denver are very much the same.
  19. The guys playing hand ball in the pen that day were probably more talented than the product the Bills put on the field that afternoon. I was at that game too; what a JP Losman abomination. You missed nothing. I'd rather sit in the tank than watch that game again in person.
  20. Pump your breaks. His cap hit, while large, is actually structured quite well. We need him on this team. If we were to cut him this year, no high profile free agent would ever sign with Buffalo ever again. Not to mention he makes us better on the field. With his contract people expect him to break Strahan's record every year, which is unrealistic. 10.5 is a huge season for most. I'm willing to bet he betters that this year now that Wanny's Vanilla has melted into Pettine's neapolitan.
  21. Green Bay, from an atmosphere, tradition, history, small town, hallowed franchise standpoint can't be beat. The tailgating is much different than it is in Buffalo though. Green Bay isn't just a drunken orgy of human carnage and blue light like Buffalo is. It's a little more dialed down. Every year when that "best tailgating cities" article comes out ranking Green Bay above Buffalo, I laugh a little. From a pure tailgating intensity standpoint, Green Bay is a 6; Buffalo is a 10. I've been to 15 stadiums and nothing- in terms of tailgating- compares to the greatness that is Ralph Wilson Stadium- clearly I'm a bit biased. FWIW- The worst is Oakland. chitty stadium,; chitty atmosphere (unless your face is painted silver and black); chitty fans.
