  1. I'm 32, here's my list, sans college. Actually at the Spurs/Thunder conference finals game right now, just happened to be visiting SA. Not a huge b-ball fan- as demonstrated by my posting to tbd during the 3rd quarter of the game. NBA Golden state Sacto NOLA Detroit Houston San Antonio Seattle Sonics NHL San Jose- cow palace/tank Buffalo Toronto Washington Colorado Vancouver New York MLB San Fran- stick/att Oakland Seattle- kingdom/safeco Padres- jack/ petco LA Houston Florida Chicago white sox Cleveland Toronto Detroit- old tigers New York- old Yankees New York- Shea Colorado- Mike high/coors Pittsburgh Nfl Buffalo San Francisco Oakland Denver- new Seattle- qwest San Diego Green Bay Miami Dallas Baltimore New England Arizona Bonus: soccer matches in Argentina, Scotland and South Africa. Boxing in Thailand
  2. If he's part of Mike Williams's 'cave man' posse, sign him up!
  3. That winner doesn't even technically have a job at this point. He has to show and prove just to get a shot to have one.
  4. He could stay at the Harbour Center by 2015.
  5. This cuts both ways. We were a play or two away from losing games that we won. Carolina. Balt int in end zone. the first Miami game (Mario sack while they were driving to win). Williams punching out ball at the goal line in jags game. Good teams find a way to win; bad ones find a way to lose.
  6. A little rain on the parade: Sammy is represented by Eugene Parker.
  7. Hope she likes buffalo! Unlike Mario's ex, she won't have a choice.
  8. Oakland just wants to scare us to force the highest price in a trade. They aren't taking Evans at 5. If anything, they are a likely trade partner for us.
  9. At least it's the Death Star and not the geriatric ward that it's been in the past. Go Bills!!!!
  10. Realistically, hoping Watkins slips and/or Evans is on the board at 5. I think we can get the raiders to move back and take Lewan. Viola: We get one of the top receivers without paying a king's ransom.
  11. The about Kevin section on the bottom of the Forged article is pretty funny. It reads like a 10 year old's essay. My name is Kevin. I like the Bills. I also like movies, ice cream and turtles.
  12. It ultimately pertained to leadership/coaching changes. He said it before Brandon was promoted and Marrone hired. Not sure that that constitutes it being "on like a mofo." There was, if memory serves me correctly, ownership change talk and speculation around that time.
  13. Could clowney slip to three given the Rams don't necessarily need DE? Draft can't come quick enough
  14. Or they pick up a June 1st vet causality. The line isn't as bad as people think.
  15. Dude. This is your brain. This is your brain on drugs. Sizzle sizzle, pop pop. Watkins is no Ginn.
  16. Keep in mind, we'll surely be a player around the June 1st cuts.
  17. Only two qbs go in the first round. Johnny football and Carr.
  18. Great thinking. Thanks for spending time on this post. Sometimes these things are a back door for this type of information. That said, I don't think anything obtained during this proceeding would be up to date or accurate as it pertains to the Bills. While some structure may be gleaned, I'm not sure that it's going to provide much insight. But, like Reading Rainbow, don't take my word for it.
  19. Even if we get Watkins or Evans, I think Stevie stays this year. Next year we would have to make a decision to keep Stevie or Williams- unlikely that we pay both at/around 8 million. This year Williams is cheap and would allow is to keep the stable, including SJ13. If EJ can't take his game to the next level with the current group and one of the top two from this draft class, he isn't the future. Then we draft qb next year and drop him into a lineup ready to win.
  20. You think we have holes; Whaley and Marrone don't. I agree. We have serviceable players and depth at all of these positions. Are 3rd, 4th and 5th rounders going to come in and be upgrades or are we simply going to bring in more guys like the ones we have? Positions on the o-line can surely be upgraded and even if we trade up, RT probably will be drafted. We don't need to address RB this year. We can, but can wait, if needed. CJ isn't a scat back. L'michael James is a scat; CJ isn't. How many 3-5 round safeties do we need? We already have 3 and Graham is likely going to compete there as well. There isn't an upgrade to be had here early on. People would scream bloody murder if we went safety. OLB and DE are interchangeable based on personnel. We have Lawson and Hughes who can play both. Again, no value here at 9 either. The strategy of plugging holes with picks 8-10 has gotten us exactly nowhere in the last 14 years. The time to be bold is now. Be it clowney or Sammy, make a move and see if we can get over the hump. I agree with others that, if possible, we need to avoid trading next years one in order to do so.
  21. I would argue that we don't have many holes- at least leadership doesn't think so. They think they are close and want elite talent to take the next step, not just starters and depth guys.
