Bigger the better!! Take them out of contention for other necessary FA for years to come. -
Andy Reid just punched his ticket to Canton
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well deserved. Andy is a classy guy who has always worked wonders with quarterbacks. Glad to see him and Mahomes get it. You posters who think Mahomes would be Mahomes without Andy are really not giving Andy the credit he is due. By my calculations that is 4 quarterbacks Andy has made look amazing. 2 of which had arguably their best seasons under Andy, Vick and Smith. Think about it before you keep saying the Mahomes and Bills stuff. -
Shady is inactive for the SB

I think you are downplaying the impact Gore had on Singletary. Sorry, you will never convince me McCoy has the same positive impact on Singletary as Gore has. Gore seems to of accepted his place, McCoy I think is still working through that. -

Based on McCoy’s comments asking to be traded and the fact that Gore and a Singletary are training together post season. While McCoy doesn’t complain to the media, that doesn’t mean he isn’t complaining to other players or coaches. McCoy was a good Bill. He was the most talented Bill on the team for a few years. -
What type of pepperoni do you have. Margherita pepperoni is great for cupping. Pre sliced pepperoni like Hormel, won’t cup no matter what you do. Certain pepperonis like Margherita have a casing that will cup when cooked. Look for a stick pepperoni you slice yourself. You want the slices to be about 1/8 inch thick so the slice can cup. This cupping allows the grease to collect and, if you are like me, you love it when the edges get a little burnt. there are a few other pepperoni that will cup. One is called Enzo. I am not sure at the grocery store which ones are available. For cooking just put the pepperoni on last on very top when you bake the sub. They should cup up good. You can do a little pre cook on the sliced pepperoni in a cast iron skillet using olive oil or vegetable oil just to help surface not stick to pep. Then out pep on the sub. Only thing I don’t like about that approach is you lose some of the grease that natural come out the pep and soaks into the sub.

Great points. i also think Gore was a better choice as a vet mentor for Singletary. -

Darnold & Josh with Dave Portnoy- Miami
atlbillsfan1975 replied to CEN-CAL17's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep. Dan and Jimbo were and still are good friends. When I see videos like this it reminds me of just how young these guys are. It’s easy for me to lose sight and forget. These players aren’t all older than me like when I started following the Bills. They are all younger than me by 20 years! Ha I am slowly coming around on Portnoy. I respect his honesty in this piece when he tell Sam ‘you aren’t on the list of young qb’s’ . -

Maybe the Bills don’t make the playoffs with McCoy on the team instead of Gore. -
I’ve never said that before, but I believe it now. He is the Frank Gore of QB’s. Sure he will look ok at first, then as the season wears on he will become less effective. Till eventually he is more of a hinderance than a help. Can’t have that in your QB. You think he is going to get better than last year?
-
I believe he is from there or lives there during the offseason. He did go to The U.

One Bills Live...Maddy Glab
atlbillsfan1975 replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
On my gosh, what you are describing could be used to torture suspects into a confession!! Haha -
Exactly. He goes to a team that really is his best option. A good defensive team, with the best running back, assuming they bring Henry back. You could give Tom, Edelman, Gronk, and Moss from the glory days next year and it wouldn’t matter. Tom is done. He will look worse next year. I will bet anyone he doesn’t finish the season as a starter next year. Either gets hurt or benched.

So, Josh Allen threw a fan through a table
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Glad it was not a deep toss to the table! Joke!! -
I think what you are saying is Beane will move on from players when they don’t perform. Ragland- get what you can for him, was injured and didn’t fit system of coach. Watkins- talented but hurt often and never lived up to draft status. Get what you can for him. McCoy- on the downside of career. They wanted to see if he could transition into a mentor for Singletary. When it became apparent he couldn’t, he was released. All three of these particular players were dealt or released for very visible reasons. I wish them no ill, but soooo glad we have a GM who has a real pulse on the team and it’s players.
