Where is Buffalo going?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Brennan Huff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Drive for Five. This time we win it. -
With the news about the Saints player testing negative ( happy for him and us), and the league saying the Saints games is happening, we are playing! Nothing can save the Raiders from the whooping they are about to get!! The silver and black will be black and blue!!

Nice, hopefully give him a couple games to work in before the Chiefs. -

I think he spends plenty of time doing that. It’s a great head of hair. -
Sam Darnold - AC joint sprain in throwing shoulder

True, but wasn’t that before the Kiko hit? Since then I don’t think Flacco has been the same. -
That was a fun watch!

I watched this last night. I like Portnoy And the pizza reviews. That one was very entertaining with Greg from Succession making a guest appearance with Jon Bon Jovi. After watching that I really don’t want the Barstool name anywhere near the Bills Stadium. I personally don’t think Portnoy is going to like Buffalo as much once the Bills start kicking the Pats butt every year. Right now I think Portnoy likes Buffalo because Bills fans are a lot of fun to party with and his Pats pretty much always beat the Bills for the past 20 years. Listening to Portnoy and Bon Jovi talk about the Pats made me want to beat the Pats more. Screw Jon Bon Jovi, But I will give it to him, he still looks very pretty! So glad he didn’t buy the Bills! When the conversation turned to ‘Living on a Prayer’ it was actually kinda cool. -
Literally have never clicked on anything of theirs. Lost me with the Duck thing a year ago. Straight garbage sight.

These guys probably never held a football much less played it. If I was good at the internet I would put up a clip of Ogre from Revenge of the Nerds.

Barnwell changes his tune. 🎺

It’s just another step in the process. Look at Allen’s trajectory since leaving high school. It’s always been moving up. Always. Went to a JUCO then Wyoming. Even his first year in the league, Allen was better after having to sit for a few games mid season. Josh’s second season was better than his first. This isn’t some light switch that has been flipped, rather the dimmer his finally been turned up enough for national press to see what we knew, Josh is a franchise QB. Allen is showing he can be a top 5 QB and Super Bowl winning caliber QB. -
Yep, if it’s not improving he will need to sit out for a week to get right. Looked like probably a hyperextension.

The End of the Lamar Jackson Era
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you think Lamar Jackson is on the same trajectory as Russell Wilson I have to disagree. Lamar Jackson will never be the passer Wilson is. Even in Wilson’s first few seasons he could make all the throws, the team just didn’t need him too. You will see Lamar being asked to make the throws more and more, then we will see who is right about this debate. -

If you are referring to Vick’s time in Philly, then yes he was a much improved passer. Michael threw the ball similar to Lamar for the first 6 years he was in Atlanta. Lots of force, very little touch. -

Eh, we will see. So far Lamar has average passing numbers and great rushing numbers for a QB. Historically players with Lamar’s skill set don’t win it all. The only player I know of to drastically change his style of play from a runner to a passer is Michael Vick once he went to Philly and played for Andy Reid. -

I don’t see how he wins a SB. You can’t be that limited as a passer and get past playoff defenses and offenses. -
Ref's for the Bills game are... (update - Week 17)
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Worst officiated game I have seen in awhile. Those guys were bad. Just glad we got the last ‘bad’ call. By that I mean, I think it was a PI, but I also think it was one you don’t see called all a lot in that situation. -
It’s not one poor game, as a passer Lamar isn’t developing. Can you show me how he is? I am not trying to take Lamar down, I am just saying, I think he will be an easier QB to beat than some other ones like Mahomes. The announcers said it last night during the game, the Ravens don’t play well when coming from behind because they aren’t a passing team. Uh hello, we as Bills fans know that will take you only so far.

Had this discussion yesterday during the game. Now on the flip side, do you think it’s negatively affecting the defense?
