Should we hope Darron Lee can play some coverage LB? Lee is not known for his tackling so he will be a liability in the run game much like, well all the LB’s this year so far. Give him time to process, the initial reaction is typically the most extreme. Or this could of been sarcasm on his part.

Yep. Some people discount the situations affect on players. Wilson went to the perfect place for him. Seattle had an amazing D with an upbeat positive coach. No way Wilson would of had the same career with the Bills. Think about if Sam Darnold played for Shannahan in SF. I bet he looks better than Jimmy G.

CTE is addressed in the article. I think part of why Morse isn’t concerned about CTE is how much he does with screens and listening to his neurologists. Might also be why Mitch takes weeks before he comes back. That conservative approach to reentering active hitting might also be why Mitch isn’t concerned with CTE.

The way the Bills won the game yesterday is exactly how the Pats would of beat the Bills. Some no name defensive player makes a play and seals the win. The Pats were already going to at least tie the game, and it looked like NE was going to score a TD. So no, the Bills did what they had to do to win a game.

Here we go again. Good lord, is one of these threads going to pop up every time Lamar has a bad game or some issue for the Ravens offense occurs? Look, we have had at least two of these threads already going back to last year after the Ravens game. Lamar Jackson opinions are like religion, politics, and abortion. You aren’t going to change the other person’s mind, so it’s better to just not have the conversation.

I said it was the least satisfying victory in awhile for the me as a fan. Today I am beginning to see things a little different. It got McDermott and Allen their first victory against the Pats. That’s huge. I hear you guys on if Brady was the QB, but who knows how the Bills would of played the game. Maybe Josh and Daboll come out more aggressive and put up points. Brown looked good in his one opportunity to make a play. I am over my pessimism. I am glad this team is at the place where I am less than ecstatic by beating the Pats. It means this team is a lot better then it has been for 20 years.

Here is a glimmer of hope- Bills got the running game going yesterday big time. Two games in a row of the run game looking good. It’s going to take a balanced attack against Seattle. Run the ball to keep the time of possession in your favor, but also using pass heavy at times to keep Seattle guessing. The Bills have the offense to keep up with Seattle, the D needs three “stops”. That can be takeaways, turnover on downs, or punts.

I hope they are setting up the hard count before the two minute warning for a one time when they actually snap it and catch the d asleep. Otherwise, that is getting old.

I hope Morse is doing ok. One concussion is a serious thing much less several. We can loose sight of the fact these players are people first. Going to be a rough night for the big fella, and I believe he has a baby at home. Get better Mitch.

I didn’t ask you to feel sorry for me. If this team was playing the way it had the first 4 weeks and they were 6-2, I would be fine with this win. The fact is this is a very flawed team. Every chance McDermott gets a chance to show he has progressed as a coach, he does not.

Maybe the least satisfying victory ever for me as a fan. I think part of it is me coming to terms with some things. i question McDermott’s football IQ. Belichick wanted a close game, McDermott could never take advantage of having a superior QB and Wide Receivers. This game should not of been close. Glad to win but think we seem to always like to make it way harder than it needs to be.
