They move Watt around a lot. I know i saw him in the game against the Jets rush against the LT a few times at least. You can bet Wade will exploit/explore the Bills Oline to find any weakness....would be nice if wanny did the same things!! Ha

It would be nice to see what Glenn does as a rookie against Watt. Loved the way the big guy was playing before he went down. A complete mauler in the run game, and showed some agility. His experience playing some gaurd in college really helped in on the downfield blocking assignments.

It was after the second year if i recall correctly. By that time people got to know Chan and his approach. i also find it intersting that Chan stuck with Reggie Ball at Tech for all four years. Even though Ball made many many mistakes. It seemed back then that Chan thought "i am smarter then you guys at home or in the stands" The biggest play that comes to mind is Reggie throwing the ball away on a fourth down play that cost them the game against UGA. Anyways take what i said for what it is worth- nothing really. Ha Hope i didnt steal the thread. Maybe lends some insight or back ground on Chan.

Whenever i have heard someone say 'i dont know' about subjects like this, it usually means they do know but dont want to say. I think dareus is being affected by the loss of his brother. I am sure any of us here would too. Maybe the OP is reading a little too much into the Gailey comment. I however remember when he was coaching at GT. living in Atlanta and having some close friends who are majorly tied into the program at GT they said Gailey did not belong in college. Gailey cared more about XO's then about building a personal relationship with his players or fan base. In college you as a HC are helping mold the players into adults, whether you like it or not. Marcell is still a pretty young guy. Maybe Gailey is not a HC at all, maybe he spends all his time and energy on the offensive scheme, he has little left to be a motivator or build a relationship with his players. I think Gailey is probably best suited to be an OC. I think we all believe this to be true, or most of us. Gailey has forgot more about football then most of us on this board will ever know, i am sure. But seems to me he has not learned much about how people/players have changed now a days. At the end of the day i hope marcell can find peace for himself first and foremost. he is a young man with his entire life in front of him. Sad to see a guy who seems like such a fun loving jovial guy have to endure this type of situation so early on in life. He needs everyone around him to say ' hey, i am here if you need to talk, i care about you'. You would be amazed at what that can do for someone.

I am not saying he sucks. never once did i. But he has some really horrible games the past two seasons when it counted. I agree 100% about the SEC being the toughest confrence! he is also 21 years old about to be 22. So i am not sure he is a 'kid'. This is his third year starting. yes he is still in college and he will get better. But usually a guy being a 'gamer' is there no matter what. And i am sorry we can agree to disagree on the Mitchell play, but i stand pat- Mitchell deserves most of the credit for that TD.

Dude, seriously, the D finally played like the pre-season D it was hyped as. And Malcolm Mitchell made that finally play. Yes Murray threw him the ball but come one. If Richt and Bobo had a clue they would have just run the dang ball down UF throat. I just hope the Bills can do what UGA just did on D when they play again. Kinda will be a similar scenario...no one will be giving Buffalo a chance, because Buffalos D has been horrible. Here is hoping next Sunday Buffalo can put together he same type of showing the Dawgs did today!!!

Big UGA fan here, watching the first half of this game is like watching Fitz. Murray seems very tight to be playing on the big stage...we do not need another qb that can not handle pressure!!

Trade partner? Seriously, i think Buffalo would be foolish not to pull a Redskins this draft. If you put a good QB on the Bills this is a different team. Trade your first this year and next year, as well as your 2nd next year to Cleveland for their first this year. Even throw in your third this year if you have too. QB in first and best LB in second. Buddy and the entire FO have to see that for the first time in a long time the Bills are a few players away from being a very good team.

In Marcells case i do not think his brothers murder helped anything. Depression is very real and very tough to deal with. Not sure if Marcell is depressed, but i know i would be if my sibling was just murdered. I hope the big guy gets his head and heart in a happier place. Last year he seemed like he was going to be a leader and great player for this team for years to come.

Give Rob Ryan a good older Offensive Cord he would respect i think he would make a great HC. He would be beloved by the Bills fans IF his team played with heart. I think the talent is here right now, but the heart is gone. Kind of reversed from how it has been. Yes the Bills are still missing a QB. Rex took the Jets to the AFC championship game with Sanchez, just saying. I think at this point we would all take a ride like that as opposed to watching these guys play. Chan is not a HC at any level. He does not inspire guys. He didnt do it in college at Ga Tech and he is not doing it now in the NFL with the Bills

Murray would do himself a favor by going back one more season IF he does not have an amzing second half of the season. By that i mean win the SEC and play in the NC game. I highly doubt this happens, given UGA's D is about the same as the Bills- looked good on paper before the season started, but has been a sieve. Murray seems to be progressing every season. Right now he is a second round pick. Comes back and he will be talked about in 2013 like Barkley is now. And no i do not want Barkley, he does not seem to play well when he has been pressured. Not good in the NFL where defensesare going to get to you every now and then

Give it a year or two at most, he wont be the highest paid very long. Players need to play, all of them. I get what you are saying in your two posts. i do. But so what if he has a fridge or makes more money. Any guy on the team right now still makes about 10x what the average person makes. So stop being little whinny kids and go show some character. Play hard for yourself.

The bigger question(s) are WHO? and WHY? Now what you hope is a few players step up and call a 'player only' meeting. I think Kyle Williams/Kelsay and Freddie/Stevie need to do this. I suggest these four because they are always giving effort from what i have watched. they have also all been Bills long enough to know the talent on this squad opposed to 2-3 years ago. It has to be that the players do not agree with the DCord. Funny how this is coming out of two defensive players mouths. I have not heard anything yet like this from a Offensive player. correct me if i am wrong? yes there are three units on a football team, but the three parts work together to produce positive or negative results. Thus a team wide player meeting is necessary. At leats we are seeing two guys step up and try to lead!

One poster hit the nail on the head. A head coach and QB brought in. If i recall Belicheck is a 'retread'. No one in N.E is upset about that. Its about getting the right guy and the right players to match. And this whole 'no one wants to come to Buffalo' is crazy. Maybe Josh McDaniel learned from his time in Denver, picked up some stuff from his time in NE again, and is ready? The talent is there except for 2 key areas. QB first and foremost and then LB. The coaches seem old and in over their head. Gailey looks confused on the sideline scratching his board and mumbling into the headset. Wanny is out of touch with the game and he too looks lost. IF the Bills had good coaches who were inovative and motivaters i really wonder what would be the outcome for this team. Watching Rogers get toasted in the fourth quarter was crazy. Kid does not look good at all. And to have him in there with out help in the fourth down play was silly. IF i knew Tenn was going to target him, why couldn't the D staff for Buffalo. This game falls squarely on coaches. They cut Morreman, Potter may be able to kick the ball a mile- but havent seen him do it in a clutch situation. 21 yd punt yesterday? Really? Come on!! The Bills needed that game so bad. Hate to say it, but no playoffs again and the Bills have not played half the season, sad! I will keep watching and hoping, but i know the truth at least so it will not hurt as much as yesterdays loss did.

Perfect scenario would be if Brooks can get some snaps at CB this year and show he can play the position. Brooks becomes the #2 CB next year. Wilson to me this year has been so/so. Might be a product of trying to help young guys, mybe he has lost a step? Williams could take over for Wilson? like the backfield at that point. And yes i get there are some 'ifs' in there. What you guys think?

Bills are what they are. The record shows it. An average/decent team. Tenn is not very good. So Bills will keep up the trend of beating not very good teams. Could be close or could be a game the Bills get on a roll. I am going to go with a roll and say 38-21, with Tenn scoring 2 touchdowns in the fourth to make it that close. Wishful thinking maybe, but we are due a 'good feeling' game. One where the D gets some more confidence and CJ and Freddie each go for over 100 yds.

I have no doubt Brooks is going to be a solid player. But let us all remember he is a rookie who has missed 6 weeks of practice. I think he will see some time, but expecting him to come in and immediately replace Williams is a stretch. Like to see him split some time with Williams. I also would like to see him used some in Blitzing packages. His most immediate impact will probably be made on special teams, kid is a heck of a gunner from what i have seen.

You mean when the commish stepped in and told him to go to a team with a real HC? Sorry, but at this point i am not so sure i want Vick. Having watched his career in Atl closely i think what he does best is over. Vick has lost that elite speed due to hits and age. This was the biggest thing he brought to the table. Defense constantly had to keep one eye on him running. Now not so much. I echo the sentiments of many around here, no thanks on an over 30 guy that has issues/question marks. I would be all for trading as many picks necessary to get one of the two best qb's coming out of this draft. So what if you give up a 1# from your 2014 draft the Bills have a 15 year history to show what not having a franchise QB does for you.
