Yep.Quinn has everyone buying in. I got Atl winning 9-10, it just might be enough. The Saints are on a quick decline, TB with a rookie QB, I think Carolina is still Atl's main competition for the division.

Gotta love preseason. Anyone who has played on o or d line knows this drill. You also know you win some and you lose some. As for Wood, he like most of the line didn't look great last year. Let's see how the unit looks after this season. If Wood is still not who we thought he was, then Whaley and the coaches and address it.

Powell carted off field! - Torn ACL out for season

This stings but they lost Kiko last year and went out and put up a great year on D. Hope Powell gets well and back to form next year. -
Ok, I give up -- EJ will be 3rd string or cut

Hard Knocks. Houston Texans

I do not think JJ is a guy that was just born with talent. I think he has worked at it and made himself into who he is. This is why he is likable and i hope he is all natural. -
Blue & White Scrimmage 8/8 6pm
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If I am adding up the number for the QB play it looks like they went 15-26 for just over 200 yds and a TD. Not to shabby for a first scrimmage against a very good D. If I remember right the D is always ahead of the O this time of year. Even more so when you take into consideration the O is implementing a new system. I do not think everything is perfect with the O and QB play, but after a week of practice it sounds about on pace. The biggest thing about these early scrimmages and games is looking at technique and seeing who needs to work on what. The EJ press is encouraging. If EJ can turn into an adequate QB and manager of the game we have a real shot here. -
Eagles trade CB Brandon Boykin to Steelers

yes, i have to wonder what his formula is. If Kelly thinks he can get 53 guys to think the same way he does, god bless him. I fear Kelly has started down a path where he will lose and so will the Eagles. -

Every move Chip makes I say to myself 'he must know more about football than I do, he just must' -

He also is not in a hurry to get into camp and sweat his you know what off. We see this with a lot of vets, stall to miss the first part of camp that is the most tedious. -
NCAA football or NFL Football
atlbillsfan1975 replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
College football is so amazing. I love the NFL but college is every bit of not more exciting than pro. The Bills are my favorite team and no college team elicits the same emotions as Buffalo, but college is more entertaining than pro as a whole. Not to mention the tailgate experience in the south on game days is on par with any pregame experience anywhere. Go to the Grove at Ole Miss or any other SEC school before you tell me otherwise. -

Projecting contracts for upcoming Bills FAs
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the point the poster was trying to make is that there are some very intelligent people working for the Bills. People who this is there main profession and understand things about salary caps way more than we do. These same people that work for the Bills have a plan. I am willing to enjoy this year and let the guys in the FO keep our good players. I also trust that they will find us some young talent and that our coaches will coach them up. Having said all that, of course you lose some players to FA. Nature of the beast. Next Man Up. -
What Would It Take To Get Mettenberger?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Flip Johnson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Mettenberger is better than Cousins is. Mettenberger had all the tools but he was very immature maybe still is a bit. He was kicked off the UGA team and transferred to LSU. Finally started to put it all together his junior season. Injured his knee. My point is there is a story to tell plus the Titans can parade him out in preseason. If Mariotta gets hurts Mettenbereger can come in and probably look pretty good for a few games. IF the Titans manage it well they can spin it into a decent trade for themselves. -
Who are your top 10 Bills of all time?

Is that in order?I love Thurman but I think even he would tell you OJ was better than him.
