This is Rex out thinking himself like he has for most of the year.Run the same dang D the Bills did against Brady. If it screws Brady up it will for sure screw up A Smith. And I would rather see A Smith beat me with his legs. It would not happen. Yes Smith is more mobil than Brady but Smith is not RGIII from his rookie season.

Bad coaching like the last 15 years, equals bad play on the field.

Rex and Hughes were Both just horrible. Rex cost the Bills the game today. The challenge on the spot was Rex trying to make up for the fact he didn't challenge the Hogan incomplete pass. NO situational awareness by Rex at all. Never mind going for two!! You are playing Alex Smith for crying out loud! Put pressure on him, he cracks. Keep momentum going the Bills. Missing the two gave KC a moral victory. Rex coaches like Hughes plays. Reckless and emotionally out of control. I was a Rex guy and want to be one. But by gosh he makes it hard to be a supporter of his. Last point- The D the Bills finally threw at Alex Smith in the fourth was to little to late. KC ran the one play that would work against it that Smith could execute.

Mario does take plays off. He got man handled by Gronk in the first NE game. Whether this is the exception or more the norm I honestly don't know. I know that since he left The Texans they have been just fine. And that with out him playing against the NYJ or for the most part the NE game the D looked pretty good. Mario may see the writing on the wall and want out. Isn't this what happened with the Texans when Phillips came In and took over? Mario didn't like his role in the new scheme?

I'm on my phone on vacation but I recall looking back over R. Wilsons first year in the league. If my memory is correct the more Seattle leaned on the run and less on Wilson the better the results. Roman is still trying to figure out when to pepper in the 18-25 pass attempts for TT. Give it a little time guys. The best thing that can happen for this O is everyone comes back next year.

The jet sweep to the right worked for the TD. Next thing you know that is run 4-5 more times for barely anything. This is the type of play calling we have seen for years.

Typical Gimmicks from NE, BB knows they can't line up and pound it in. Also the NE player who barely got out of bounds was not in designated player area. That is a penalty as well.

Personally the way to beat the Pats and BB is to out play them. Trying to out coach BB is like trying to out Pray the Pope. Having a good scheme matters but execution and playing disciplined is just as important.

Gilbride is saying the same thing the Phil Simms said during the Thursday night game. TT is more or less waiting for guys to come open instead of anticipating it. The piece of the article I thought was cool was about Gilbride drawing up a play mid game for Boss the TE in NY. I liked Gilbride a lot as an OC. He was the last competent OC. I am hoping Roman steps up more consistently w his game planning.

The bad part about this game is it being Monday night. More time to psychic themselves out for it. If you put any other helmet on the Pats players it is easily a more winnable game. Brady is good, but beatable. Play the game. The Bills will most likely be down at some point. Do t panic, stay the course. Deep breaths and keep playing your game. Brady doesn't play on D and their D is good but can be scored on. Between now and then say the right things pay respect to the team that has owned the division and conference for 15 years. Play hard and smart. Bills can win this game if they believe they can and the coaches have a good scheme.

yep, i am sure that game was a major reason he was brought back. backing up in the NFL is like that. A player wants to show flashes of starter ability.

I remember when he was recruited to play at UGA. Everyone thought he was the next great defensive player to be. Never lived up to expectations there. Glad he had a great game against the Jets. Here's to hoping he has a few more In him!

He is a great QB maybe the greatest of all time, but that is too tough to tell with rule changes, etc... My only knock or what i don't really like being an old school football guy is how hard he tries to distance himself from the game image wise. Like he has the same publicist and image consultant Justin Bieber has... I wish he was a Bill for what he does on the field. Off the field i am glad he is not.
