I don’t know about being lucky. Woods is having a good year it sounds like. Woods can be a Peerless Price in the right system with the right complimentary pieces around him. I think Woods is also enjoying being back West. Zay has shown speed and some talent I don’t think Woods has. Zay is a rookie . In Zay’s third year I hope we are saying ‘man do you remember when we missed Watkins?’.

Honestly the best thing is to draft a QB once you feel you have the team close to being set. It is so hard to build the team once you have to pay the QB the money they command. Only Brady and his back door deal with Kraft defy this.

After going to the game yesterday and seeing and talking to some of the fans I can understand how this is mentioned. They have three years. This is a 6-8 win team. It always was. They will draft well and they will get better. I would rather build a sustainable winner vs instant gratification. Both would be ideal, I just don’t think it happens in the NFL with out a capable WB.

Sad. Race is such a touché subject. It is so easy to take things there when it involves people from different races. Show me Mayfield can beat a Nick Saban defense after Saban has first hand knowledge of his play, and it will be a fair comparison. Watson was the biggest no brainer and teams over thought it. If you can beat Bama you deserve the benefit of the doubt.

I guess because this has been the game UGA would drop under Richt. UGA has had top talent for years, 4 and 5 star recruits coming in and guys all over the NFL. The problem has been the talent hasn’t translated to a title shot. Dawgs were close in 2012 when they almost beat Bama in the SEC title game. Everyone knew that was the title game. ND was a joke. I think if Kirby can get the Dawgs to the SEC title game undefeated it’s a new era for UGA football. The Dawgs maybe have the two best backs in all the country. Chubb is a beast. He will have a nice pro career. Thinking maybe Ray Rice...Michel on the other hand is going to be a dynamic pro. If either one was the focused back they would be leading college football in yards by a good bit most likely. They both have ridiculous yards per carry stats. i am coming up to Buffalo this weekend. I am very nervous about the Auburn game as a UGA fan. I am not sure why but I have a worse feeling about this game than the Bama game. This game this week against auburn is like the Bills game against the Jets. That game that shows you are not the same ole team. I hope Kirby has a good game plan and the team is focused.

I got to agree. Gaines is way more important than Clay or even Cordy. Dawkins has played well enough, not Cordy level. The secondary is a turnover making machine when they are all playing together.

Talk is that one of the things that has been ‘wrong’ with the Panthers offense is the lack of the deep threat since Ted Ginn Jr left. Benjamin is the big target and I think he can do well with Tyrod. I don’t see Benjamin as the burner type though. 20 yard crossing route, sure, fly routes not so much.

I think everything you guys are saying about Rex are true. I also think there is some validity to what Rex said. Paraphrasing ‘Dareus didn’t play the same after his new contract’. I think we all can agree with that.

QB play has been on the decline for awhile. Its not just in Buffalo. There are maybe 10 good qbs total, in the world. Then there are about 10 average and the rest are below or very inconsistent. Tyrod is in the upper half of average and trying to move into that good category. If you can agree to that then I can take you seriously. Tyrod needs everyone around him to play good for him to be good. Besides Brady thats not any different than any of the other qbs in the league today.

The Jets learned more from the loss in Buffalo than the Bills did from the win.

Has anyone here ever started a new job where you were responsible for changing things? It doesnt happen over night. Its not McDermotts or Beanes fault there has been bad leadership in Buffalo for 20 years. Try to look at these two differently because they are different people with a different plan and approach.

It was a bad loss. But we do need to move on. I know we as fans dont control what happens on the field but I believe the energy around the team does. I wonder what it would be like if every Bills fan for a season could stay positive. Its asking a ton, and I know its near impossible to happen, but I wonder.

this could explain the lack luster performance if held by other players. I get it sucks, I get Richie is banged up and a vet and doesnt like his routine being changed, but to be successful they need to overcome adversity. Tonight was everything we had hoped it would not be. The Bills need to start letting rational but passionate fans come speak at practices !
