So if the Jags and Titans win next weekend....
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not something we will have to watch. Marrones team is terrible and so is Mularkey’s. The Bills are worse. -
I hope someone from the media asks McDermott why...

Wow, you guys a taking it hard. The D played great. The scheme at times could of been better. Thats what this thread it about. Save the Taylor and Dennison opinions for those thread. i have noted your point of view in regards to the question being asked of the HC of why he waited till late in the 4th quarter to change his scheme to match what Jax was doing. -
Thank god the Taylor era is over! He isn’t horrible but he can’t win it all, that’s why you play the game.

It really isn’t stupid. Sorry. McDermott failed to change the d to stop Bortles from running. Bortles was trying to throw picks and Fournette wasn’t running great. It it wasn’t the only reason the Bills lost, but it’s worth a question at the presser. -

I don’t know. Jax held the Biils to 3 points. People saying offense was the problem are missing the point of this thread. if McDermott had adjusted and run the Defense he did in the last 5 mins for the entire second half the Bills would of had a better opportunity to win. I hope a reporter does ask why McDermott didn’t make Bortles win w his arm? McDermott witnessed firsthand how that’s done when teams shut down Tyrod. -
Wildcard Weekend: Bills at Jax - 2nd Half Thread

Good riddance Tyrod. You stink. -
Bills will have 21st pick in the draft

Yep. Not to mention the fact that many players selected in the top 10 don’t turn out to be as good as players selected later. I think the Bills finally have good college talent evaluators in the building. -
[Please Change Title]Mularkey

Nah, I don’t think he or the Bills would want that. Bad history. Now Andy Reed as an OC with Alex Smith and a bunch of picks... -
ESPN predicts Alex Smith as starting Bills QB in 2018.
atlbillsfan1975 replied to PIZ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You are correct. Reed gets the most out of his QB’s. Smith looks good today. I want to see how he finishes. Taylor just isn’t on the same level as Smith. In this instance I kind think the numbers tell the story and difference between Taylor and Smith. -
The math behind how unlikely the drought was.

If you are over the age of 35 you should be able to remember a great time to be a Bills fan. for you youngsters I hope you get the best time to be a Bills fan with multiple Super Bowl Championships. -
Marrone vs McDermott. Marrone’s specialty is the offense and McDermott’s is the defense. Let’s see what each one comes up with. I think Bortles is going to be ready to play. So much negative talk about the guy and he has shown he can put up numbers. McDermott will need to get creative with coverages and see some blitzes. Bortles does have the ability to put up a 300 yd game

I think people want Tyrod to run the ball. I could see 30 drop backs with 5-8 designed roll out with a run option for Tyrod and straight QB draws. Tyrod is a very streaky QB who can gain or lose confidence on a single play.

Maybe offer TT a new deal.... at our price

I’d let him test FA. See what the league thinks of him. There will be vet options available . -

Yep. I went to the Moma Museum in NYC this past July and the Wright exhibit was amazing. And I love the Bills. -

He seems like a guy who doesn’t get it. Buffalo is a football city. All those other things are nice. Fact is 70,000 people aren’t lining up to look at a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece on a Sunday. The Bills have been a healthy distraction from some of the struggles Buffalo has had over the years. Go Bills! Go (away) paperboy!
