John O'Korn: "I'm the most NFL Ready QB"

Great, here comes all the threads on how we can move back far enough to get our guy. -
Browns will be better than....
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Dadonkadonk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Browns have the stigma that they will always do something to hurt their chances to be successful. It’s like what Tampa Bay was or New Orleans or Philly. Until a team wins a SB or at least wins at an above 50% percentage more times than not, they will be viewed as one of the ‘loser’ franchises. The Browns could and should be better than they were and maybe the Bills next year. The Browns also could draft one of the QB’s who turns out to never develop. Barkley could get drafted by the Browns and suffer injuries that stahl his career. I have no idea what to expect from them. I like Hue Jackson and think he is a good coach and better person. -

With the new stadium I bet they are worth more. -

Charlotte is seen as a city on the rise. Charlotte has been growing for probably the last 20 years at a decent rate year after year. I would be surprised if the value for the team does not include speculation on where the city will be in the next 25 years. Charlotte mirrors Atlanta in many ways. -
Come on man, we need you. He has got to figure this out. Zay was easy for me to pull for. I will wait to see how this all plays out.

how does this impact the signing of either one of the other FA LB’s the Bills had in recently? Is Humbers position and skill set similar to either Minter or Compton?

[Vague Title]You don't know squat
atlbillsfan1975 replied to oldmanfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Man o man, this has been the most fun offseason in years. I have used the line ‘this is the Bills fan favorite time of the year ‘ countless times. The thing is I really believe we have the rights guys for the job. They will make some mistakes , we all do. They will get things right. I know how much different I feel having Beane and McDermott as opposed to Nix and Gailey. Either way this team is headed in a direction I can understand and get behind. -
That looks to be around where he is slated. I’m a UGA guy so extremely biased when I think Roquan is the best to come out at the position since Kuechly. I will say the kid out of VT ,Edmunds, also could be a good option In the first. Then there is Evans from Bama and Vander Esch out of Boise State. Any of those four should be day one starters in the middle. MLB is the priority I feel like in this D. The Bills can find OLB in other places and later rounds.

Whats up with EJ Gaines?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to PirateHookerMD's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t know about that. I would think Gaines feels some type of tie to a team that traded for him. Gaines also enjoyed maybe his best season last year when he was healthy. If the entire market feels that the injury concern needs to be factored into the equation, Gaines will need to decide where to go on a short term show me deal. Buffalo would make as much sense as anyone else if true. -

I have not seen a comment by the Bills. Have they made Gaines an offer that he declined? -
Money Badger - a Texan 1yr $7 mil

Great pick up for Houston. That D can be amazing and if Watson gets healthy watch out. Houston really can be a force. -
Game manager is a bit subjective for me. One of the best game managers over the past 6 years has been Russell Wilson. If a guy is a game manager there will be a point where he has to step up and win the game. The quarter back needs to be able to lead a team down the field for a TD when that’s what is called for.

Bills got great value out of that pick. Brown was priced right on his rookie deal. Now not so much.

DT Star Lotulelei to Bills!
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The cap moving up each year makes this contract look pretty fair. The $11 mil in year three will really be more like $9.5 in a few years. -
Bill's Updated Cap 03-15-18
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Jamie Muellers Ghost's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That’s some decent money left to let the dust settle and pick up a next tier FA or two. Beane has done a very nice job with his signings. -
Why do we still not have cap numbers for Star?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to BrotherChazz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Poe didn’t have a great year with Atlanta. Poe’s back looks to be a chronic issue at this point. I will take Star for a million more a year. -

atlbillsfan1975 replied to BrotherChazz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
$10 mil a year is not that out of line for a good DT in the prime of his career. With the cap increasing each year that $11 mil in 3 years is more like $9 mil equivalent now. Star will just be 31. That’s not old for DT. -
i don’t like it because it smells lazy to me. We know Woods retired . We also know Groy did pretty good in Woods place in 2016. I would rather see a pick in the third round for an interior lineman the Bills like. I also think IF the Bills go QB they will move up one more time to ensure they get their guy.
