Bold NFL Predictions for 2018
atlbillsfan1975 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Rams implode and don’t win 7 games. Seattle wins 5 games. Carroll quits San Fran wins the west. Jimmy G starts his run as the next Brady. -
Good lord. Very young. Sad to hear. Feel for his friends and family. I am sure the ones he loved knew how he felt. Seemed like an emotional guy and a good guy. A guy you’d like to have a couple beers with and hear some stories.

Why cut him before seeing if the weirdness is gone with the weight? Maybe his thighs where rubbing together and now they aren’t?

LeSean McCoy allegations
atlbillsfan1975 replied to FeelingOnYouboty's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let it all play out people. Right now he said she said on Social Media of all places. Someone did beat that woman by looks of that picture. Why are the police not involved? Why is this getting released over SM? -
Those groomsmen tuxes look like something from a boyz to men video. Style goes around and comes back.

Where is the wedding? My friend just texted that she is in Laguna Beach and there is a bunch of Bills players staying at her hotel for a wedding.

Stay off the Twitter. Handle your business in private. I am by no means giving Jordan a pass if he was out partying. I just think this stuff stays in the family it is usually better for everyone involved.

ESPN says we overpaid for Star
atlbillsfan1975 replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No doubt the Bills overpaid. That’s what FA is all about. However we all watched what it was like to have 1 starting caliber interior d lineman last year. We have at least 2 and 2 more that could be heavy rotation players. -
Playing in the NFL is a privilege. Being an NFL player is the result of hard work, determination, and talent. Kaepernick showed he was talented at one point. Kaepernick also worked hard and was determined early in his career. The opinion seems to be that Kaepernick is concerned with other issues that are impacting his ability to play QB at the level he once did. This is the reason Kaepernick is out of the league. Simply put , as Beane said, the level of play isn’t worth the issues it could cause. Anyone notice how well SF started doing last year when they got a legit QB?

RG Sweezy Released by Bucs
atlbillsfan1975 replied to atlbillsfan1975's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ah, that does make sense why he would go to the Raiders. Bad backs aren’t good for any player, but OL in particular due to stance and impact. -
Signed a big deal in 2016 after playing in 49 games for Seattle in 4 years. Sweezy missed all of 16 and is coming off a leg injury. Anyone know anything about him? I really believe the Bills feel they are set on the interior of the line, but a Vet wanting to prove he can play on a one year deal could be nice insurance.

This brought back some memories. I went to Kelly’s very first camp. We had flag football teams and played games at then end of each day. My team was the worse team out there. Jelly came over to our field and said let me step in for a play. I was the center. I snapped the ball back and blocked. Jimbo throws a bomb, and get picked off. I turned around and looked at him, he smiled and said ‘ don’t say a thing’ . I was like ‘ our normal QB was already throwing those’. Ha Jim is a great guy. Hope he gets well and is around for many more years. Jim deserves to see the Bills win a SB.

Bills Are 18th Best Fans in America
atlbillsfan1975 replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
By his metrics I feel as if the Bills are getting dinged for their overall population and the economy of the region. I can can tell you that the Falcons don’t belong anywhere above the Bills in a true fan poll. The only exception is for the fact that the prices for tickets are extremely costly at the Benz. Not to mention PSL’s. -
Brandon Beane: The Art of a Deal
atlbillsfan1975 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is a very intelligent and thought out way to describe what happened with Marcell. I like how Beane recognizes the fact Marcell is talented and that the team tried to work with Marcell. In the end the Bills felt it would be better for the player and team to move in different directions. Talent is one piece of a player. -
Taylor is what he is. Taylor will never put up multiple 250 yards passing in a row to win games. Taylor isn’t a franchise QB, if he was he wouldn’t be on his third team. Taylor is on the fringe of starting QB/backup. Cleveland will embrace him and he will probably have a few good games to start the season. Ultimately fans in Cleveland will see what we witnessed in Buffalo. I was in Cleveland a week ago and they are excited to have Taylor. I can’t blame them when I look at what they have had at QB the last several years.

Sammy Watkins classes it up on his way out of LA
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He didn’t say anything wrong. The only other thing he could of said was, they paid me the most money. -
This situation reminds me of what Gailey did with Kordell in Pittsburgh. If We see Jackson used as that slash player, it could benefit the team and his growth. Youth will allow Jackson’s body to take more punishment the first couple of years. If Jackson will be successful long term he will need to transition to more of pocket passer.

Allen is by far the most physically gifted of the bunch. Nothing in Allen's past says he will shutdown and not be able to progress when adversity hits. Given those two points why would you not start him to get him game experience? The more Allen gets exposed to the faster he will develop. Allen will have some terrible games He seems like the kind of player who will not allow it to impact his next game. Allen is strong emotionally. The biggest question will be live game decisions. Can Allen adjust to the pro game? These will only be answered with game experience.

For big men in the trenches it is so much about playing with energy and a mindset. Technique is important but can be learned. Staying motivated will go a long way. The rotation of Kyle, Star, And Harrison can be really special. If they can get anything out of Washington or another DT they could make a drastic improvement to what we seen the last two years.

SI article predicts a 2-14 record
atlbillsfan1975 replied to oldmanfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just don’t see it. I could understand a few more losses then last year. However I think the D will be better and the O will depend on McCoy, just like last year. IF McCoy goes down I don’t think McCarron can win games without a strong rushing attack. I think Allen will be great but will be up and down when he starts.
