So freaking true. Or don’t complain about a cluttered board, etc. Can’t wait to see what idiot deranged Eagles fans pop in next week to start topics.

Week 7: Dolphins at Bills (-17)
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
100% correct. Players and coaches are always thinking about game tape. Front office and management might make moves to leverage the present for the future or vice versa. Coaches want to win and so do players. Nobody makes it to the NFL that isn’t a competitor. -
OJ Howard on the Trade Block?

Was Josh Allen faster last season ?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to bills11's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t think so. Allen is now trying to read defenses which has caused him to pause. Josh is also running behind his linemen on designed draws better. Last year he was reading 1 maybe 2 options then it was head down and all out run. He has done a better job of side stepping defenders in the pocket, reestablishing himself and making throws. He has also pump fakes linebackers to jump up and then deliver a throw. I bet Josh could still out run the majority of linebackers in the league. -
First impression: Rosen for the Phins
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am really interested in watching Rosen this weekend against Washington and then against the Bills. I will be the first one to admit that when the Commish said Josh on draft night I was hoping it was Rosen. I quickly did a 180 after actually learning about Allen more, instead of listening to a few ‘experts’. Rosen has had a tough intro into the league. The Cards like last year was as bad as the Bills. Rosen’s line this year isn’t any better. I think the Bills picked the right Josh, but I do think in the NFL anyone can win a game. Bills need to light him up and get some picks. Btw the players on the Phins are trying. Every guy on that team knows they are auditioning for jobs this year and next. The talent and cohesiveness hasn’t been there yet due to the purging management did. I don’t want to see Rosen go for 300 yards and 3 touchdowns against the Bills. This board will be impossible to go to for a week. -
The way he described how he felt at Auburn where people great you with ‘War Eagle’, makes me think he is going to shine in Buffalo. The energy on Sunday at Tenn pregame was all about Duke. If Duke can control his emotions and stay focused he is going to be a contributor for this team. Duke and Brown wise with Beasley in the slot, will present mismatches. Love seeing a guy like Duke get a shot. Now go make it something for yourself big fella.

Some people just won’t change their minds till they can’t deny the truth any longer. as Allen racks up victories and shows solid performances throwing, the pundits will have to admit they were wrong. It’s Going to take some time, but I like Allen’s trajectory more than Mayfield and Darnold. A ton of that has to do with coaching. Mayfield and Darnold have questionable coaching at best.

NFL Offensive Lines: Best 5 and Worst 5
atlbillsfan1975 replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I get what he is listed at. Just a couple of still shots I have seen make me believe he has lost some weight. The one where he is spiking the ball in particular. I agree the Bills have solid depth at o line, which can make or break an offense. I really do believe this line can be a top five unit. We have already heard this offense is complicated that Daboll is running. I believe that means line assignments also are complex. The line is five guys acting as one. Blitz pickups are huge for linemen. It has to be an unspoken change many times. We all can agree this line is light years better than last years. -
NFL Offensive Lines: Best 5 and Worst 5
atlbillsfan1975 replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bills will have their hands full with the Cowboys line. Doesn’t it seem like they always have a good o line? I would probably put the Bills line right up there. IF they can stay healthy and progress as a unit, the Bills line will be dominant. Ford needs to keep getting better. As the author pointed out talking about the Falcons line, rookies often struggle on the line. Ford will get better. Is it me or does Ford look like he has slimmed down some since the draft? -
NFL100 Game Ball of the Week goes to Josh Allen
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good for Josh. Big bounce back game! -
Got to agree with a lot of what you say here. Kroft is a good TE, his problem is he can’t stay healthy. If Kroft is healthy he is the best all around TE the Bills have. Knox will get there but right now he lacks the consistency. I watch Gore and i am in awe. I also watch his runs and think gosh what another back could of picked up on that run. I also think Gore is going to be much less effective as the season wears on. I also think this may be why the staff has held Singletary back. If they can keep Singletary ready to run the second half it will help him and Gore. I think the plan all along was to run Gore the majority of snaps early in the year and then gradually flip it during the season.

I can totally see Daboll leaving for a HC job, If offered it. Daboll seems like he has been trying to work his way up, why else would he have changed jobs so many times? if the Bills and Allen succeed Daboll will be a candidate for Washington because they have a young quarterback and need a coach to help bring him along. The question will be, does Daboll think he can coach Haskins?

Early Week 7 Line: Bills -15.5 over Dolphins
atlbillsfan1975 replied to stevestojan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good lord that’s a lot. This will be a good test for the Bills, how to they react to success. Bills have shown little ability to separate from teams. Might be a good bet to take the Phins. -
Said it in another thread, let’s keep the Grim Reaper reputation going! Beat the Cowboys and send Garrett to the unemployment line. And the writer can shove it. Called the Bills a little team. I get that has something to do with Beasley, but can’t wait to be on top and watch teams like this kneel down.

Could Alabama Crimson Tide beat the Miami Dolphins?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to BrycePaup4ever's topic in College Football
No they couldn’t. No college team could. I think we found out last year that the most impressive team can still get beat by another college team. -
Micah Hyde is THE heart and soul of this defense.

Just bought our Dallas tickets!
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Aross3415's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let’s keep the tradition of the Bills being the grim reaper, and get Garrett fired the day after a Bills win. I’d love to watch Jerry’s head explode! Wish I could be there too! Enjoy! -
In the case of Zay he lost everyone. Even a fan like myself who sees the flash and wants it to become the regular norm. Who I think McDermott values more for locker room leadership than on field production is DiMarco and Lee Smith. Lee has a good game against Tenn, he had a couple nice blocks to go along with the catch. My hope is that as McDermott’s tenure grows the home grown leaders who also have talent will accumulate. Beane and McDermott will find complimentary players with talent who are also good people.

Happy 5th anniversary Bills Fans!
atlbillsfan1975 replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A great city got great new owners for their beloved franchise. We as fans could not of asked for better owners than Kim and Terry. -
When did Roberts get ‘dinged up’ in the Tenn game? i have to believe this is about Special Teams first and foremost. Bills may want to expand Duke’s roll on offense and make the transition easier for him to active roster. Taking Special Team duties off Duke might give him more time to focus on his wide receiver routes and responsibilities.

? I have Julio and Ryan on my fantasy team, Julio isn’t doing much for me. Yep, Bills made solid moves not splashy ones. Beane and McDermott are trying to build a team we as fans can be proud of for a long time. If this team can finish with 10+ wins and make the playoffs and maybe win one game I think Buffalo will be an even more attractive place for players. The best thing about the hype is it will draw attention to the fans and community. National attention will show that Buffalo has the best fans of any NFL team. I really believe things like that and the facilities the Pegulas have built go a long way when the money is pretty close. Future is looking bright right now. Pretty good to be a Bills fan.
