The Ravens aren’t trying to develop Jackson like the Bills are trying to develop Allen. Jackson isn’t running a pro style offense with multiple reads. Greg Roman was brought in because he was the perfect OC to maximize Lamar’s strengths. The Bills want Allen to develop into a pocket passing QB who when the pocket breaks down he can scramble for yards. The Ravens realize Lamar’s style of play has a much shorter shelf life than Allen’s. Running QB’s don’t typically last a long time. Can Jackson transition into more of a pocket passer when he is older and not as elusive? Maybe. Vick did it with Andy Reid in Philly.

Beane proved he can find olinemen and in particular interior ones in FA last off season. I think we will see another signing like Feliciano. I think Brandon will try to resign Spain but won’t overpay. Long is a possibility as a starter at guard next year. Bills will sign another vet tackle to compete. Ford will start at RT in training camp. Players do get better. I don’t see Beane and McDermott only giving Ford one season to show he can play RT.

If the Bills do look for a new OC I’d love to see Joe Brady. Look at what he has done with Joe Burrow at LSU. Brady has spent time under Sean Payton in NO. Brady also played at William and Mary where McDermott played at. I’d like to see what Brady could do with Allen. Brady took Burrows from a 55% completion percentage to over 70% . Brady is a young riser, who might like a shot back in the Pro’s. I don’t see Daboll as a HC in the NFL. Not sure why he would leave the Bills for anything less than a HC gig someplace he valued.

Fair enough. All good. I will be the last poster on the forefront of any radical changes. -
Austin Hooper, FA to be. Would ya?

Kind of how I feel. Hopper has gotten better each year. He is a good TE. i really think Knox can be better than Hooper. Hooper is a big target but he just doesn’t possess the same athleticism as Knox. I even think Sweeney might be able to develop into something. I am hoping Lee Smith is the odd man out after this season not Kroft. -

Wow. I am really sorry I offended you. I will correct that now. I do know the difference. Jeesh. Honest typo mistake made while hurrying to finish before I went and gave my 3 month old a bath. I hope you feel better about yourself. Some of you people come on here to take out your frustrations from everywhere else I think. I’m sorry someone made you feel less than perfect, so you had to come on here to make someone feel that way. -
I don’t think that’s as much the HC job. What I saw was a HC who tried to set the tone for the team and also cared a great deal about his players. I particularly liked the way Rivera tried to work with Funchess after he was dealing with a death. Maybe it was time to move on, but waiting till after the season is over would of been a better look for the owner.

That’s a classless move. Wait till after the season is over. Rivera is a great coach and better person. Gained a lot of respect for him after watching the Amazon series on the Panthers.

Great point. The staff and people inside the Bills buildings know the players way better than we do. Shaq doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who hides his emotions. Also, if you go back and watch his tape from Clemson, he was the slowest guy off the line a lot. Shaq made up for it with his strength and size, but Shaq was never going to be a pass rushing DE raking up double digit sacks for years. I love to draft one in the first to pair with Oliver for the next 4 years.

Where does Brady play after this season?

True, but the Pats d is getting exposed. That Broncos D was darn good. -
Condescending as well. I get tired of them on here. They primarily show up after a Pats victory or a Bills loss. I doubt we will see much of them this week.

Where are the Pats fans now that come on our board to give us their expert opinions? Brady is done. Your D is slow. Belichicks kid can’t call a good game. Get a clue, it’s over.
