Sunday night football: packers at vikings

You are a 100% correct. Every QB misses throws. Rodgers makes some poor decisions still. -

Edelman admits faking head injury in Bills game

Another Pats fan. Do you have any trouble cheering for a team that has a head coach that was caught cheating, numerous players suspended for HGH and PED’s, Edelman had to sit out last year, and an owner who got caught receiving illegal massages from women involved in sex trafficking? The list goes on and on for the Pats. Sorry, these are facts. -

There you are. So you have consistently not answered the question. Are you a Pats fan on some level? You are right America is a free country. I believe you are from Toronto. Look I don’t really care that Pats fan come on here if they will come on when they lose too. I do have an issue with Pats fans coming on here after a Pats win and trolling. -

I’ve noticed this condescending attitude with Pats fans. It is as if they feel that since the team they WATCH has won they somehow know more about football. I don’t understand why Mods let them post on here. What’s just as bad is we have a few posters here who are Pats fans in drag. Has a Pats fan ever started a thread on here? Are the allowed too? -

You are on our board enough there was an entire thread about the Brady trying to trip Oliver. Looks like you learned from Belichick, act really smart about football and then play dumb when it suits you. typical Pats. -
I like your list Joe. might I suggest we add CB there someplace? while I like Levi, I think he might be suited as a third CB depth player. He could split time with a rookie draft pick next year. Maybe a guy from a lower level school who needs a little time to adjust to the speed of the game. I don’t know exactly what to make of Beanes approach to WR. A piece of me thinks Beane and McDermott will try to find their WR in FA. Then pick a mid rounder to begin developing or using as a specialist like KC did with Hardman. The draft will be used to focus early rounds on DE, oline, and CB. I do think Spain is offered a 3 year deal. RB will be filled in the draft and FA.

2020 Buffalo Bills Opponents
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Mark Vader's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just don’t think you can say NE will definitely be better than Buffalo. The regression has been slow but steady for the Pats the last year. Brady is at the center of that regression. After the Pats get blown apart in the AFC playoffs and Brady retires I think we see a different Pats team in 2020. -

I bet Daboll could make Mahomes look like Allen and Reed could make Allen look like Mahomes. Ha -

2 top 30 receivers on the bills????
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep, they need one more WR to go with these two. Shame it couldn’t be Foster, be nice to be able to use draft picks and FA money on other needs. -
I believe their is a difference for seeing spots where Allen struggles and spots where he excelled. Looks at how he is developing and tell me he hasn’t improved from last year. I know from your many posts that you are. It someone calling for Josh’s head but you are a ‘slanted homer’ realist, like myself. There are some posters here who want to see Josh fail because it makes them look like they know something more about football than the people who drafted him. Which no one on here does unless Beane or another GM or NFL caliber talent evaluator is actually posting here. I highly doubt that. Me I think our FO and coaches deserve the benefit of the doubt for now. The Bills will probably finish 10-6 by their choosing . They will be a tough out for Houston and could very well beat Houston. If Josh starts hitting that deep pass 2-3 times a game and then looks like he has working the 0-20 routes, this offense will finally be able to play complimentary football to the D. That will be something to behold. Can you imagine this D playing with a 14-21 point lead in the fourth quarter? And Daboll and McDermott letting Josh and the O keeping playing aggressively?

I will ask you again. Are you on some level a Pats fan? You have a ton of likes or points or whatever they are called, which indicates you have been on this board for awhile. I consistently see posts like above quoted from you. It’s ok if you are, just wondering. In regards to the Brady trip attempt, I just wish Oliver had come down with his Knee right on Tom someplace really bad like his leg and broke it. It would of been a fitting end to a poor sport.

There is one primary reason we lost this game
atlbillsfan1975 replied to foreboding's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great question. -
For those of us old enough to recall how Farve started out,(and i am not old, some of you got me by 25 years? ) this is kind of what Josh is like right now. Josh misses some very easy throws. Josh makes some throws every game that leave us saying ‘why can’t he do that every time’. Fact is, he will never do it every time. We just need the frequency to become more, which it is. Those two deep throws were big yesterday. That’s an entirely different aspect opposing D’s are going to have to consider now. Josh getting the deep ball touch back for playoffs could be big.

Serious question. Are you on some level a Pats fan? I see you have over 5,000 points or likes or whatever they are called. So to me that means you must be on this board a lot for awhile. It’s fine if you are a Pats fan. I’m just wondering, because you seem to make points like the above quoted in nearly every Patriots thread.

Well said OP. I see both sides of this. It’s so easy to get emotional about this team. I am guilty as the next guy. After a loss I want to look for a reason why and then I asses blame and then I want actions to be taken. The fact is the action is underway. It became underway the minute McDermott was hired and then Beane. Process has become a joke around here, but ThIS IS the process. First year asses. Second year, break it down and lay foundation Third year build on foundation Fourth year Add more finishing pieces. This team is right on the path that Beane and McDermott want. I am sure they see the opportunity that is in front of them this year. The Bills can and have played with some of the best teams in the league. A playoff win this year would leave me satisfied after I calm down from the disappointment when and if we lose the last game. I don’t think this Bills team will get blown out while Beane, McDermott, and Josh are here.

Why Does Edelman Never Get Flagged for Taunting?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to RaoulDuke79's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep, a man who is very intelligent yet he had no idea the women giving him illegal massages were part of sex trafficking. Sure. It’s the Patriot way, just play dumb and say it was a mistake. -
I hope we hear what the players felt about that show. Did you ever play sports growing up? When someone else’s parent or a friend watching told you ‘ you played a good game and you will get them next time’ it made you feel good. Just because these guys get paid a lot of money doesn’t mean they don’t have all the same emotions as we do. That cheering last night I bet made an impression on a few guys. Maybe in FA when Phillips or Lawson or Spain get a slightly better offer from someplace else they decide to resign with Buffalo. Maybe not. But having those faces on the other side of that fence cheering our team on sure as heck isn’t going to hurt any chances we have.
