We might need to dust off that Lamar thread after this one is done. -
Divisional Round: Vikings @ 49ers

Looks like the 49’ers have 3 running backs who can all run the ball. -
New things this NFL season
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The lying cheating Pats getting knocked out in the first round by Brady throwing a pick six was magical. The end to the dynasty came quick. rooting for Andy Reid now or Mike Zimmer and the Vikes. -
The Pats With or With Out the G.O.A.T You Choose .

I want the entire scope of the cheating to come out. I don’t care about who plays for them, just beat them. I also think the more threads we start on our board the more we invite Pats fans here. I for one am not interested in hearing their point of view. Pats fans are condescending and refuse to acknowledge the fact they cheat, even when it has been proven time and time again by the league itself. -
I won’t be upset either way. if Daboll comes back it could be a good thing. We’ve heard from a few players that it’s a complex system Daboll runs. Another year in it for pretty much everyone except maybe a lineman and a wide receiver should pay off. If the offense and Allen take similar steps forward next year then I would expect Daboll to get a HC shot for 2021.

Oh man I am on a text thread with some buddies I’ve known for years. Two of them shared that was their first conversation ever in High School the first day. Bonham verse Peart. Both were great. RIP.

Shaq Lawson wants "that cash"

If Lawson was a FA from another team, would Beane and McDermott pursue him? -
Free agent RBS and WR’s
atlbillsfan1975 replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Even worse. Joking. FA wide receiver like Cooper or AJ Green, I’m all for. Plus one in the draft. Running back in the draft. Find another one similar to Singletary to split time with. Having two back who can run and catch out of the backfield is very tough for a defense. Imagine if when Gore came in, it was just a fresh Singletary. -
My Off-Season Primer: Position Group: OL

Good write up. Thank you for the information and time spent. I really like Spain but with Dawkins as well. I see it as a package deal. I agree Spain is the most important FA to be signed from the current list of Bills FA. The tandem of Dawkins and Spain make up a solid left side of the line. Beane will try to get Spain locked up, I trust him with the numbers. They will draw a line and my hope is Spain will come back. Ford will be given another year to show what he can do. Growth happens all the time from year one to year two. Ford was a second round pick, his first year was inconsistent. I think he will get better. Beane has set it up pretty well. Feliciano allows for Ford to stay outside for another year. If Ford doesn’t work out at tackle he slides in. Feliciano walks in 2021, unless Spain hasn’t been signed this offseason. I expect Spain to be signed and then another Vet Swing tackle to be signed. And a 5th or 6th round pick to be used on a tackle to develop for a year. Hopefully be the swing tackle or starter if needed in 2021. -
Eric Washington Named Defensive Line Coach

Great hire! Wasted no time. Any chance McDermott allowed Teerlinck to ‘quit’? Sean even handles a possible firing with class. Sean told Teerlinck which way the team was going. Teerlinck was able to secure a spot on another staff. Washington is announced shortly after Teerlinck announces he is headed to VT. -
A Letter to Bills Mafia - Dion Dawkins
atlbillsfan1975 replied to One Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This. Dion is a natural leader, his play this year leveled back up to his abilities. 2018 was tough for him because of what he had going on besides him. Oline works as a group. I really hope Beane can get Spain back for the right price. -
Baldy's Breakdown of Singletary vs. Texans
atlbillsfan1975 replied to UB2SF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That is bad. Daboll, or Sean, can over think things. Once in the playoffs it’s win today. Don’t worry about saving Singletary for next game or year. Next draft get his running mate, and this will be a moot point. Yep, over thinks it. Some games he runs same play several times from the same formation because it worked the first time. -
Baldy's Breakdown of Singletary vs. Texans

Agreed. Gore was a great back for a long time. Heck, I’d take Frank Gore with 6 months off on fresh legs at the one yard line trying to score. Problem was Frank can’t bounce back anymore from week to week. Singletary was had in the third round. There will be plenty of backs out there to pick from in that 70-100 pick range. I think Beane will find us another one. -

I think a back similar to Gore with just more juice and can catch as well. I like what the Falcons did in 2014 and 2015 when they picked Freeman and then Coleman. Freeman was a fourth round pick and Coleman was a third round pick. Both are good pass catcher and runners. Coleman is bigger but Freeman runs harder. I don’t think we necessarily need a totally opposite style to Singletary, just someone who can come in and get the same production.
