  1. Of course I'm hoping they get to 9 or 10 wins and make the playoffs.....but being real, I think they win only 2-3 more games. Most likely vs. the Colts, one of the Miami games, and maybe they somehow win one of the other games that they will not be favored to win. As a sad/funny note, they were 3 point favorites vs. the Jets on Thursday night. Also, I saw a good bit of the Saints game today, and I think anybody with a brain will concede that the Saints' offense is much better than the Jets offense. AND NO's defense has also been playing well as of late. Would be very surprised to see the Bills win next Sunday.
  2. Comparing TT to RW is laughable. Using an auto analogy, TT is like a Nissan Versa and RW is like a Nissan GT-R. I have nothing against TT; he seems like a great guy. But plain & simple, he just doesn't have the skills to be an outstanding NFL QB.
  3. Now watching Skins vs. Seahawks. Just saw something I rarely ever see...a RB for the Hawks threw out a stiff arm on Skin's CB Josh Norman, and Norman grabbed that stiff arm and made the tackle by pulling the RB down to the ground by his arm! More defensive players should do this...might even see some broken arms.
  4. Seeing a lot of the Saints game today....they look very good, and after today, they will be on a 6-game win streak. Will be very surprised to see the Bills beat the Saints. The ONLY good thing for the Bills is that the game will be in OP, and not in the MB Dome. IMHO, it will be "do or die" for the Bills next Sunday.
  5. TO answer the OP: No, the Bills will be better off with a real QB. Anybody with eyesight who watches the games would surely have to agree.
  6. LOL. You, me, and about a few million other Bills' fans around the world!
  7. It's OK to "think" about it, but obviously, you can't believe it until you see it in December. Right now though, with 8 mins. or so left in the 3rd qtr, yes, it's the same old, same old.
  8. I was at Yokota AB in Japan for the Superbowl vs. the Redskins....game came on at about 9:30am Monday morning, if I remember correctly. I was away from base, at a joint exercise, working nights, so I had the day off. Was able to get away and make my way back to our onbase home, just in time to see the Bills look terrible. LOL
  9. Terrible news. Another thing to note is that they overturned the call on the field, and didn't give him the touchdown on the play. In my opinion, it should have been a touchdown, as it appeared he did have control of the ball with his one arm as he came down. Refs suck....again. Lol
  10. The Lions suck. The Lions are the new Bills. LOL
  11. Watching Cowboys/Skins game right now. Cowboys just blocked a FG, and a Cowboy picked up the ball and headed the other way, toward the endzone. In the pursuit of the guy, the holder for the Skins...don't know his name, but he looks to be about 5'9", 170 lbs; LOL....was pushed down like a rag doll by one of the Cowboys, and in his fall after being pushed down, he took out 2 other Cowboys. THE REFS CALLED A PENALTY on the puny guy for a low block!? WTF?! HE WAS IN PURSUIT, TRYING TO TACKLE THE BALL CARRIER! How is that even possible!? He was NOT blocking. The absolute worst part was that FOX brought in their "rules expert" (Mike Perriera) and he agreed with the call! Again, WTF!? NFL Refs SUCK!!! The NFL is a joke. LOL
  12. 4 plays, FOUR penalties on the Eagles! LOL
  13. Just as an amazing FYI: the last play of the game took an actual 44 seconds from snap to TB guy being tackled down!
  14. Thanks for echoing the point I made last night very early on in this thread....that the NFL is a joke, mainly because the officiating is so inconsistent and/or biased....and obviously, the whole national anthem issue has turned many people away. I didn't watch much of the game, because the poor/inconsistent officiating is such a joke, I can't stand to watch it. Then I wake up to see the highlights of the penalty-fest at the end of the game....SMDH. Chiefs fans have to be livid this AM. LOL
  15. The NFL continues to be a joke. That was as blatant an offensive PI as you'll ever see, yet they let it go. A defensive guy just has to BARELY touch an offensive receiver and he will be flagged for PI. Joke officiating, joke league. Holding on every play, every game, but only called sometimes.
  16. Packers getting jobbed like they are the Bills by the Refs today! LOL
  17. I agree with you that a LOT of hot young women (who have very little experience and/or knowledge of what they're doing) get hired to cover sports on TV, but I'm not sure if you've seen pics of this woman, but she definitely is not "hot." I'd say more like average, if even that. She certainly doesn't have that much experience either.
  18. Triggered! LMAO
  19. I was just responding directly to another poster's comments made IN THIS THREAD. Sorry it offended you. As to the actual topic of this thread: I agree with all the others who are praising Deshaun Watson; he is AWESOME! Also, I have stated elsewhere in these forums that I think that ALL of the NFL players who are "protesting" during the National Anthem should put their money where their mouth is and donate time & money in their local communities....ALL of them.
  20. Just a little...actually a LARGE...point: these players are AT WORK when they are conducting these "protests", and their bosses (the NFL owners) can certainly tell them how to act AT WORK. IOW, the First Amendment really doesn't apply when you are at work. Anybody who gets up and goes to work every day knows this FACT very well.
  21. LMAO. Another total crock of crap. So I guess DT got elected only because of "white conservatives'" votes!? In reality, DT got more black and Hispanic votes than Romney did in 2012, and of course he got plenty of support from both independents and women.
  22. Wow. Your post above is filled with so much nonsensical drivel, it's both comical and breathtaking. And your hate for President Trump is duly noted. The fact is that about half the country thinks that the last President was an incompetent fool, and race baiter, who did nothing for racial unity in this country, even though he was half black.
  23. Wondering how old you are..... If you don't think that there's a stark difference between how pro athletes acted/"celebrated" in the 50s-70s vs. now, you're just plain ignorant on the issue. Even as late as the 80s, there were only a handful of pro athletes who were showboating, attention whores. Lol Nowadays it's just the opposite.
  24. I'm pretty sure that Leon Lett didn't slow down and almost come to a complete stop like this moron did, rather he just was very slow and Don B. caught up to him. Nice try at the false equivalency though! Lol
