  1. Toying with the idea of driving down for it, but would only do it if I could get together and tailgate with other Bills fans, obviously. Lol Don't have a ticket yet either, so of course I'd like to sit with a red & blue group.
  2. I too saw this story earlier today on Yahoo Sports, as written by Jay Busbee. I called him an IDIOT in the comment section there for pushing this idea. LOL The rule is fine as it is; no need to change a rule that's been around forever. I imagine it is like it is because the offense is being punished for being so sloppy with the ball.
  3. It's been like that for YEARS, maybe even decades now. Absolutely NO consistency on: holding, pass interference, illegal use of hands, and block in the back. ETA: Oh, forgot about the "new, let's keep everybody safe" calls. So, same story for these calls as above: Roughing the Passer, Unnecessary Roughness, & Hitting a Defenseless Receiver.
  4. Well, I guess if you overlook all the penalties, poor defensive play, dropped balls, and incompetent officiating, yeah, it was a great game! ?
  5. Just checked the box score. Attendance was only about 58,000 people; what's up with that?!
  6. Are those empty seats at the club level!?
  7. They really miss Fournette, obviously. THANK YOU Shaq!!! Lol
  8. Yeah crazy, they blew the whistle even before the guy had regained control. I thought it might bounce out of the end zone to the 1 or 2.
  9. Not if Walt Coleman's crew was there! LOL
  10. If the Jags go on to win, that phantom defensive holding call will be the turning point.
  11. Terrible call, terrible discipline. Fire McClappy...TONIGHT!
  12. LMAO...Like I said in the first half thread, this is about what I expected. Two teams (and coaches) who suck, and are showing it.
  13. He's doing OK, not great. Has had some good throws, but also has failed to see some wide open guys too.
  14. This game is about what I expected.....two teams who suck, and are showing it. LOL
  15. Bills defense is an embarrassment today.
  16. Agreed. McCoy's days are numbered, I would think.
  17. Yeah, it was a joke how the line judge decided it AFTER running up to get closer, well AFTER he was down. Obviously he didn't see the ball cross, as he would have immediately called it. May be too close to overturn though.
  18. Bills run D is terrible. Bortles may not even have to attempt another pass today....
  19. This is exactly how it was at the Jags/Bills playoff game last year. I hadn't been to a Jags home game in a few years, and I don't remember them doing that back then, but it was totally God Awful, and seemed right on the line of being unfair as they kept the music going as the Bills broke huddle, and often it didn't stop until after they were in formation for a second or two. And then during TV timeouts they would blast commercials. The only time it got quieter was when the Jags were on offense, although there were so many Bills fans there, it wasn't quiet.
  20. In before the Lockdown. This post right here is a WILD generalization, and is very insulting to any conservative. The funny thing is is that virtually no one posting in this thread has ID'd themselves as right or left. Also, insulting loads of other posters for no good reason is always awesome! /s
  21. Thanks for the tip; I had no idea! Is there an NBA channel too!? /s They bill themselves as "Sportscenter", so maybe they should change the name? The Sabres 7-game winning streak is a BIG sports story. And I think your "98%" figure is way off.
  22. So probably everybody realizes that ESPN is now just a terrible network, but I have to vent a little this morning. Watching the 8am Sportcenter Show.....in the first half hour, LOTS of basketball coverage, both NBA & College, a tiny bit of NFL coverage, previewing ONE game later today, AND ABSOLUTELY ZERO NHL COVERAGE. What a joke. HAPPY THANKSGIVING, Y'ALL!!!
  23. Related to this topic, I wanted to say that the NFL Network sucks. It used to be that Tuesday through Friday of every week during the season, they would replay ALL the games from the previous week, so that fans of EVERY team could see their team if they missed the live game. Now, they just hand pick a few games (like this one), and play those more than once. For example, I would have liked to seen the Bills/Jets game replay, but no dice. Also, most of their "personalities" are just plain annoying and unwatchable. Lol
  24. Yeah, because the "professionals" in the Bills front office have done such a great job over the past 20 years or so. ? ?
  25. WAIT A MINUTE!I He lost the ball when he hit the ground! Or did they change that rule?
