Ha ha. Yes.....been one for 50+ years. Did you see my second post in this thread? Not the one you quoted above. -
Cheats latest illegal play

So the back story is that my first wife was a huge Steelers fan. That 22 year marriage ended in divorce in 2004. I just despise the arrogance of both the organization and their fans. LOL -

You know what though, I hate the Steelers more than I hate the Pats, so I hope the Pats win. -
Browns at Broncos - Saturday Night Football

Just turned on this game...might watch a little bit to see the Baker in action.....but WTF? I thought Mike Tirico worked for NBC, but now he's doing this game!? Guess the sound's getting muted. ? -

What about the blatant hold on the Bills DT on the Jets winning TD run? You even see Harrison Phillips (#99) throw his arms up and look at the refs, as the OL had his arm AROUND HIS WAIST, preventing him from getting to the runner. Yes, we all know 99% of offensive linemen hold every play, but they're usually pretty discreet about it. This was blatant, and right out there in the open. It's sickening, but I guess the NFL just doesn't care. -
Week 14: Bills vs. Jets Postgame
John in Jax replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Was busy today, and only got to see the end of the game. Not sure if this has been addressed already in here, and I'm not saying the Bills lost because of the Refs (I don't really know because I didn't see the whole game), but on the Jets last TD there was an awful hold done by the Jets on Harrison Phillips (#99). It was as plain as day to see, as the Jet OL had his arm around Harrison's torso. AND, if not for that hold, he may have been able to get to the RB and stop him right there in the backfield. The only way that's missed is: 1) Gross Incompetence, 2) Somebody's getting Paid Off, or 3) Personal Bias (by a Ref) against the Bills. And crap like this is just another reason why I watch the NFL less and less. -
Where the hell is security? Billion dollar business and no security nearby!? Just Wow. ETA: Also, it appears to be two Steelers fans. That's odd. Lol

Have seen Rivers get slammed down tonight by the Steelers a few times just as hard as Tannehill was earlier today.....and...wait for it.....NO flags!

Fire his A** on December 30th at 4:30pm. Just too many stupid coaching decisions, and the team has virtually ZERO discipline. Am serious.

Could this possibly be because ALL of these QBs you cite....as well as most other QBs....do NOT even think about running for 100 yards per game? Put another way, they spend 75-90% of their time behind the line of scrimmage. -

The immutable laws of physics dictate that if he's running down the field, and a defensive player is running toward him, and they collide, the probability of injury is greater (way greater) than JA standing in the pocket and getting sacked. LOL -

Wut? HE GOT LUCKY today. Surely you realize that the more often he runs, the probability of him getting hurt increases greatly? It will only be a matter of time before some linebacker, or even worse, some defensive lineman, coming up from behind, cleans his clock. Finally, obviously, there's NO WAY to guarantee that he won't get hammered/killed/injured. -

Wow, seriously? Thanks for being honest, I guess. But if NFL refs are doing this, it borders on criminal, and surely is highly unethical and against league rules. -

I watched it live, and DVRd it a few times. Like I said in the game thread, Clay is probably surprised that the ball is a wobbly duck, and way underthrown. USUALLY, JA is rifling balls in, or even overthrowing with his strong arm....but not this time. I'm sure it took Clay by surprise, but I think he probably won't throw JA under the bus, and actually say that. AND once Clay realized it was a duck, he did run back to the ball to try and get it. -

The No Call on the obvious PI on the last drive was just awful, but something I've come to expect in the NFL, because I've seen it over and over and over again, ALL over the league. PI, like Offensive Holding, is called inconsistently across the league, every week. -

That train pulled out of the station before the first regular season game. "Guys, We're starting Peterman!" Lol
