The league would have to get their act together in getting all of the one week only playing fields together. They had to cancel that game in Mexico last year and this preseason there was that disaster up in Winnipeg.

One of the great in game decisions of all time letting the clock run on Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson before the Malcolm Butler interception. -
Grade McDermott's 2019 performance
Charles Romes replied to GreggTX's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A- blundered badly before the half against the Bengals. If they were committed to trying the 62 yarder instead of attempting to get 4 yards they should have run the clock from 7 seconds to 5 so as not to senselessly give up a Hail Mary try from the 50. -
Since we won, and because of the big play at the end, we can all forget the drop on the two yard line in the first half.

If Chad Kelly Was Ever Going to Make It

Miami would make sense. Having formally tanked they have the luxury of taking on experimental players to see if it works. -
Where is the outrage for Tyler Kroft
Charles Romes replied to Bigantall's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I never liked the Kroft signing. His only good year was when Eifert went down. Other than that he was never considered good enough to take plays away from Eifert. We are looking to find an Eifert not a Kroft. Beane has had many successes and so must of us I expect are willing to let the Kroft mistake slide. -
Kroft injured his ankle today
Charles Romes replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I did notice that one good year for Kroft when Eifert went down. What it said to me is that Kroft was never regarded to be good enough to push Eifert for reps when Eifert was healthy. We are trying to find someone as good as Eifert. Someone who is not able to take any plays from Eifert has a ceiling of average. -
If I made 28 mil a year I’d hang around the office as well

I have seen enough. Nothing stood out from his resume either. My least favorite offseason signing. Time to move on. Duke to the active roster. -
Bills Can Win the Division
Charles Romes replied to Billsfanatic8989's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The 99 Titans (home rum throwback) had the best record of any non-division winner. 13-3. -
Bills least valuable NFL franchise per Forbes
Charles Romes replied to TroutDog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They reached for the stars and drafted a high risk highest ceiling potential franchise QB. If things work out in a way that is trending the value of the team can escalate quickly. -
With all of the trickery and rub routes the Pats offense has evolved beyond needing an offensive line.

What Would You Give UP for A.J. Green?
Charles Romes replied to a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’d give it a few weeks to assess whether we can make a legitimate run at the Lombardi THIS YEAR. Then, go for it with a second round pick. -
Is Josh Allen a Top 6 QB in the AFC?
Charles Romes replied to elijah's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Watson is a statue of Bledsoesque proportions and that will always hold him back and prevent him from reaching elite status. In a redraft today, I draft Allen over Watson. -

Giants writer has great analysis of Allen first game
Charles Romes replied to NakedSquid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Allen’s picks go up this year we should all show a little patience and remind ourselves that the youngster is learning to throw with anticipation for the first time in his football life. Very good article though the writer almost lost me by using the word “perhaps” two sentences in a row. -
Schein: Nine most alluring developments of Week 1
Charles Romes replied to ProcessYaDigg's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bickering Bills were the 89 team. The 88 team was dominant on D and should have made the super bowl which they could have won against the 10-6 miners had they not dropped 3 of 4 to close the season to finish 12-4 and lose home field. The 89 team was predicted to be dominant, even better than 88, but finished 9-7 about as poor a record as was possible. Most people blamed the drop off on the bickering amongst the players. Marv Levy blamed the drop off on Art Still, who had one last dominant year as a run stopper DE in 88 (Marv called him the best run stopper of all time) but who’s play dropped off precipitously in 89 according to Marv. -
AJ Green recovery slower than originally expected

As long as he’s healthy before the trade deadline. Could be nice addition if the price is right. -
What a Shaq Lawson Extension May Look Like
Charles Romes replied to JGMcD2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m expecting to Beane to bring in three free agents better than Shaq with reasonable contracts, have them compete for the position, then trade two of them for draft pics before the 53 man roster cut down day. -
Are we concerned about Beasley’s hands ?
Charles Romes replied to Teddy KGB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
More worried about the Cowboy’s offense blowing up the second he’s gone.
