    Some of the great road wins in the teams' history the same things were said at the time. In the no punt game against the niners jerry rice went out. At the cowboys in 93 Emmett smith was out. This was a great win and we were down our franchise left tackle, 2 key d linemen #1wideout and a starting corner.

    If we had Hauschka instead of Carpenter last year we beat Miami go 9-7 make or just miss the playoffs and Rex is still here. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

    Denver is Exhibit A of trying to win without a franchise QB. They are the Super Bowl favorite with a Brady, Rodgers, Roethlesberger, and still a top 5 Super Bowl contender with a lower end but still franchise QB like a Cousins. With a capable marginal starter who is not a franchise guy they can lose to a well coached team of castoffs and journeymen.

    I am just going to wait it out reading the free national fan local sources until the BN comes off its high horse and makes it free again. Newspapers charging customers is not sustainable. Too much free content out there.

    Based on last night they potentially have a franchise QB. That alone makes them better. They look outright potent on O and Wade Phillips' track record as a D.C. Speaks for itself. They could make the playoffs and with an injury here or there among the competition anything is possible.

    I fear we should have Jetsed out on the rebuild. Our D is playing too well and TT while limited is too careful with the ball. Need a top 3 pick to have options in the draft. It's critical.

    That's what makes the it was just the jets comments valid. They are going so out of their way to tank its embarrassing. The worst qb they could find to make it look like they tried to sign a legitimate bridge, not going for it from mid field on 4th and 6 with 5 minutes left. Taking the yards and not the down with 3 minutes to go.

    89.3 with TWO holding penalties you basically had to play perfect every other play.

    Yes the three things we saw under the Rex regime: penalties, missed assignments, and hamstrings were missing.

    Great job by romo! He's not restricted by what analysts have done in the past. He's making up his own rules on how to call a game and moving the art form forward.

    I haven't watched him closely but I hear he's a hit the hole north south kind of guy. That's what you need from a JAG backup. jw liked to dance around in the backfield. Can't do that unless you have shady like talent.
