No one is going to trade for Tyrod if it means paying him $16m. He's definitely worth $8-$10 and for that price someone would give up as high as a third or high second for a low range starting / highest echelon backup qb.

Yeah we need a speed guy to take the top off the defense. Problem is the speed guys are all small and injury prone even if you reach into the first to get one. If you try to work in a speed guy with third round draft capital the situation is even worse. You are stuck with someone who is small, injury prone, has bad hands, is uncoachable and is a locker room nightmare.

I think you are going to see some great things. This guy has the biggest catch radius in the league and Tyrod places it where only the receiver can catch it.
