Pitt Panthers coach was on moving the chains and it was indicated Dane and other corners out of Pitt are more NFL ready because Pitt plays man 90 percent of the time. Maybe recruit out of Pitt or other schools that play man. Seems like it would be a good recruiting tool for these schools to feature man coverage.

Joe Buscaglia's 7 round Bills Mock draft (paywall)

McDermott’s greatest skill is finding free competent help in the secondary. No corner ‘til the 4th! -
Tyreek seeking a trade [Now: Traded to the Dolphins]

Tyreek relied on Mahomes’ elite skills and Mahomes relied on Tyreek’s elite skills. Now that they are separated it’s over. -

Checked my calendar to see if it was April 1. -
Pat Narduzzi the Pitt Panthers coach commented on Moving the Chains yesterday that all of the offenses late in the season last year consistently attacked “the other corner” not Dane Jackson. Looks like the front office agreed with that assessment.

All I remember Is him hanging Beaze out to dry so he had to play on one leg in the playoffs. -
He had nice stats when AB was in his prime, but never able to carry the load. I’m fine with the chiefs overspending on a 3.

You could buy a very nice 1A, 2 and a 3 for that kind of 💰 -
I rated the edge rushers 1 chandler, 2 Miller, 3 Mack in terms of run stopping, recent production and injury-proneness. Would have preferred Jones, but am okay with miller.

Total steal!! He’s a freak in hiding under Brady who can’t see past Gronk.

Bills’ situation, free agency and the desire to go “all in”
Charles Romes replied to OldTimer1960's topic in The Stadium Wall
They had a working formula last year but it just did not work. Not one of 7-8 guys was able to get to Mahomes the one time that was needed. Need to go all in for one big time pass rusher. -

We all know what the Bills still lack of
Charles Romes replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
With the ACL it’s fair to conjecture whether Tre will return to true number 1 corner status. In fact penciling him as “above average” for 2022 would be fair. -
I can’t believe the salary these guys get for being just slightly better than average, or below average like Collinsworth. Maybe it’s because it’s so easy to be horrendous at (Witten).

Only positive is the AFC west will be pummeling the crap out of each other. -
Spotrac spitballs C. Kirk & C. Williams to Bills
Charles Romes replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall
Kirk had only decent 4.47 speed out of the combine and is smallish, under 6’. He still went high in the draft second round. Anyone know why he went so high? It seems there is a lot of speed at WR available in the draft this year, so why not draft a WR much faster than Kirk. -
I could not believe how incredible his pocket sensing ability was right from the start. A major ingredient to great quarterbacking and something the draftniks never keyed on. He has eyes in back of his head. He’s basically great at everything you can ask a quarterback to do.
