  1. Last year every top team disgraced itself at some point of the season. With a 17 game schedule and a single playoff bye per conference available the regular season is one giant slog fest. Ups and downs are inevitable.
  2. The World Series cities. Think you’d hear something about that before this game started.
  3. I thought that this was going to be proof that, due to global warming, we’d have great natural grass at the new stadium.
  4. afc championship 2020 was Mahomes best game that season as well
  5. Mahomes would certainly try the short touchdown throw in that situation to pad his stats. I sensed Josh was trying to keep pace.
  6. Catches a lot of passes. Also returns kicks which can be huge. Hyde was our emergency punt returner.
  7. Now they are even more stuck with a weak arm warm weather QB.
  8. Going back to last year he’s had some bad games at home against lesser opponents. Falcons last year 3 picks, took him out of the MVP race and even the pro bowl. Good news he usually plays better when it matters the most. 1000 yards 10-0 TD ratio, 125+ rating last 3 games at KC. He’s the anti-Kirk cousins.
  9. Dolphins are like 11-2 last 13 games Tua has started.
  10. It seems the team that stop us force us into max protect as possible removing the targets 3-5. Expect it every game.
  11. I never put 2 and 2 together about Peyton’s falling off the cliff following immediately after the quickly stifled Peyton PED reports. That’s how complete and quick the history washing was.
  12. this side of Barry Bonds…late in Peyton’s career there was a big report about him juicing, they found drugs shipped to him. His PR did not know how to handle, so Peyton totally fumbled it and blamed it on his wife or something. Then, radio silence. The press shut down the story never to be raised again. When you are a cash cow you are a cash cow.
  13. Given the circumstances you can guarantee he’s coming back at age 46. He does not want to go out like this. And there is the fallback excuse of personal issues ruining this year. Someone will give him a shot next year no matter how bad this becomes. His arm does not look completely shot like Big Bens or Matt Ryan’s imo, another reason he’s back at 46.
  14. Ruled out for Sunday. No practice this week as of Thursday.
  15. Hate to see anyone go down, especially great players. Looks like he will be out when the Bengals play the Chiefs, in when the Bengals play the Bills.
  16. May be working through ways to stay at 53 while adding a player before November 1.
  17. He uses restraint in not saying flat out that Oliver is on the block.
  18. That was a BIG TIME catch to win against KC. Value=200 yards imo
  19. A vaguely remember someone making a Bills house in Cortland when the Jets had their training camp there.
  20. I thought that Reich’s head coaching career was brilliant factoring in the purgatory aspect all the way up until week 15 last year. Then with the disaster at the end of last year he panicked when he scapegoated Wentz. Defenses at least had to respect Wentz’s arm/mobility enough to move out of the 9 man box that old Matty has faced all year.
  21. He’s looked very old and slow and no one respects his arm. Heavy boxes, eons of time to react after he throws.
  22. If they lose to the Jets in two weeks they are 0-2 in the division and fall from the 1 to the 5 seed.
