    Beane was a master at trading away expensive diminishing assets for draft stock when he first arrived. It’s going to be a wild off-season. I see a plan to go 9-8 in 2023 with real title potential In 2024.

    Can’t they tag and trade Edmunds. There are lots of cash rich teams with people trying to save jobs. The posterizing on GMFB today did not help but there has to be some takers.

    Versus the Rams week one to neutralize Donald. It worked to perfection. Then they abandoned it though it should have been featured throughout especially v the Jets.

    I don’t disagree with taking the flyer on Von. Our pass rush created legitimate problems for the 8 games he played (first time this has happened under McDermott). The issue is why we had to take the flyer on the aging pass rusher. We drafted three defensive ends and pass rushing DT in the first and second rounds and all of them were easily handled by a makeshift offensive line.

    I’m happy he’s improved his ability to stay healthy and on the field week to week the last several games.

    would have liked to see Benford take some snaps last few weeks. Going to need him to knock some pass catchers around the next three games.

    He gives your offense a high floor in the 15-20 range if your QB has any kind of mobility. That said he could be a good stop gap as the OC in Denver if Sean Payton turns down the HC job.

    Looks like a very lame bid by TB/Arians to maintain status quo and Bowles, and convince Brady to come back. I think Brady tells them this week he will not come back with Bowles there as HC. Not sure what happens next. Who wants to see the Bucs go 3-14 next year with Bowles HC and a Wentz/Darnold level qb.

    He tried to go to the QB run to bail us out in the 4th v Miami but the Dolphins were prepared for it.

    we have been trying for the entire McBeane tenure to scrap together some kind of pass rush. Hughes/Addison etc. the Obada flyer. Four high picks. Then, for 8 games we actually had a pass rush. Then, it all ended on that horrendous turf in Detroit.

    This was the scouting report on shakir. He dropped easy catches in college. That drop was as bad as a turnover and nearly cost the season.

    Weather at the Ralph has been fairly tame all season for first time in many years.

    The defensive backs are a liability and we are getting no pass rush. We are third worst in turnovers overall and worst in red zone turnovers. Gabe drops everything thrown to him. I’ll take the seven game winning streak to close the season but things need to improve.

    I would target Brandin Cooks in the off-season. The most boring elite player in the NFL. Might get a discount because he’s so boring.
