Von Miller faces arrest in domestic violence case in Dallas
Charles Romes replied to ArdmoreRyno's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sounds like all that has to happen for the Bills to void Von’s contract (meaning zero cap hit for 2024) is Goodell suspending Von for 1 single game. Is that correct? -
Von Miller faces arrest in domestic violence case in Dallas
Charles Romes replied to ArdmoreRyno's topic in The Stadium Wall
Von was instrumental in beating the Chiefs on the road in 2022 forcing the game winning int. He made a strip sack in the third v the pesky Jets on the road in ‘22 that should have won the game. Only the team didn’t win. He made a game winning sack v the Vikings in ‘22 putting them in fourth and forever. Then Cam completed the catch for JJ. Was third in the NFL in pressure rate at the time of the injury. The NFLPA wants to ban the turf he got injured on because it causes so many injuries. -
Sources say ZERO PERCENT chance McD is fired
Charles Romes replied to Brand J's topic in The Stadium Wall
When the dusts settles and everyone calms down about the D collapsing in the fourth all season long, they will see that $40M plus of the D was not even on the field most of the year and give McD and Beane a pass. -
The 2017 road win against the undefeated defending NFC champions by roster of jags was something to behold. Unfortunately, he has lost any ability to inspire.

The Bills need a Penalty Reduction Consultant

Improved penalty avoidance helped put up a great record in ‘22 in spite of holes on the roster. -
30th Birthday 11/29. With his training regimen he won’t hit 30 in player-years for another few years.

If we win out...what is impact on coaching decisions?
Charles Romes replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we actually did win out (lol) it would mean the D has actually not collapsed in the 4th like it always does. If that actually happened McD would claim he has fixed the D collapsing late issue and retain the DC role. -
The AJ Brown OT catch was a fumble!!!!

I’d be more enraged if the exact same thing did not happen on a Diggs catch the prior possession. -
Which WR prospect will the Bengals screw us out of?

“Bills v. Bengals” might have had some special relevancy in 2022 but the league moves very fast. -
8th late-game defensive meltdown this season
Charles Romes replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m looking at the play by plays and we did not even force a single fourth down before field goal range against the pats, broncos, or eagles (either drive). Only a few third downs were even forced and those were pretty much in field goal range. No different than an up-by-20 prevent defense. -

It’s Leslie Frazier’s fault -

mcDermott would have called timeout to set the kick block defense

Broncos - Defense fails to hold lead on last drive Eagles - Defense fails to hold 3 point lead last minute Eagles - Defense fails to hold 3 point lead in overtime.

I was so waiting for the flag on Bernard’s pick -
I like it in the sense that Brady is taking command and giving the O a definite plan. He wanted Ty in there last week and we saw why. Tomorrow we will see why Isabella got the nod.

Week 12, Bills v. Iggles - Predict the Score

What’s interesting is that Hines unavailability has opened a roster slot for larger backs like Ty and Fournette, which I think the organization is starting to like more. Harty has not been dynamic but has been extremely sure handed with the return duties. That is nothing to take for granted. Entire seasons can be derailed with a few muffed returns and the fallout of trying to find replacements just to securely field kicks.

I am not sure we’ve seen a total lockdown of a bonafide 1 on the level of Douglas dominating Garrett since tres first team all pro season of 2019.

Could not ask for more that what we saw yesterday.
