It was already done and he blew it. He should have just thrown 5 at the Jamaal and be done with it.

It was good to see the Bengals lose 4 of their own. Hopefully it shows in the Fall.

Poyer, Hyde, Miller, Wagner. Why stop there. Sherman and Houston are still available.
-
He only ran 4.48 at the combine. Is he supposed to be quicker than that?

Probably too expensive:
Tyler Huntely
Jacoby Brissett
Carson Wentz
Marcus Mariota
Andy Dalton
Garder Minshue
Realistic:
Teddy Bridgewater
Kyle Allen
Mason Rudolph
Joe Flacco
Josh Johnson
Cooper Rush
Blane Gabbert
Josh Dobbs
Elite:
Nate Peterman
Agree with all of these except Rush, who has moved to too expensive given his amazing performance last year. I would ink Wentz for 5 if he goes that low for a reset year.

Just hope 1 more lousy team joins the bidding so the Jets price goes up and they are hamstrung in free agency the entire signing period.

That field looks like a concrete injury factory. Surprised we were able to field a team.

It is surprising the owners couldn’t come to a consensus given he was robbing them cooking the books on stadium sales etc.
Youd think the owners would be drueling over Bezos as an owner. Between the owner of Amazon and the owners of Wal-Mart, the league as to be happy.
I suspect some of these 10 figure types would not want a 12 figure behemoth coming in to push them around. -
Even at a max deal I like Henry in a running back by committee role, and being able to flex to an all passing attack. The problem is when you have a Henry you need to force feed him the ball 25 times a game even when it makes no sense.

We dont need Edmunds. With that money we can keep Taiwan Jones, Matakevich, Klein and Marlowe.
We will see. I expect he will get a big contract. Not a ton of guys with his age, measurables, and experience. Someone will pay.
I expect he’ll sign somewhere else for 14-15. As Beane suggested tagging at 21 was not an option because the tag level was dragged up by the edge rushers. Still 14-15 ought to buy you a reliable OLman if you do your homework. -
I can’t believe he managed to put up that kind of season with real game reps being so limited for so long. Kind of reminded me of our own Todd Collins who rode the bench for a decade in Washington. Then led the team to the playoffs out of nowhere.

DUI and someone died? Bye-bye NFL career
Donte Stallworth was allowed back in the league. Cooperating with authorities and showing remorse seemed to help him.

They didn’t though. They scored 14 points in the first Q and 13 the rest of the way.
The game was winnable if the offense showed up.
We did not “hold” the Bengals to 13 the rest of the day. There was nothing to indicate that Burrow would not be putting up 17-30+ in the second half if they needed to and were not trying to burn the clock. Bengals drove the ball down the field every time they wanted to outside of a single possession. If they were not so successful mercifully killing the clock in the fourth they would have scored more points.-

He definitely was a good coach and good man but probably a good move at this point. Defense was built for regular season but not playoffs
yes waiting for the QB to make a mistake works in the regular season when you face a lot of bad qbs. You need to force the qb to make a mistake when you go against a Mahomes or burrow.-

I was happy at least that he got a little better at staying on the field late in the year.

Dahlin is putting up the greatest season by a defenseman in Sabres history. 26 mpg, on pace for 91 points, a staggering plus 23 when the Norris front runner (should he be?) is -1. Wow!

If I'm Baltimore, I'm tagging Lamar and telling him to come play 1 more year with the new OC, and if it goes well, I'll give him $300M all guaranteed. And if not, we'll let him hit FA and never tag him again.
He’s just going to sand bag late in the year again under the tag. They ought to tag and trade at this point.

Diggs would not yield a haul of picks close to Hill due to age and Hill’s generational speed. With Diggs crossing 30 where a lot of elite 1 receivers hit the wall (Julio, Hilton, green, hopkins, etc.) with a big contract may not be able to do better than a single 2nd rounder at this point.

I remember watching Hasek go for several weeks at a time and stopping every shot that was remotely seeable. Only way to beat him was try for a crazy deflection and it seemed that opposing shooters actually tried to shoot at random ankles around the net to try and score.

Seems like Jones’ agent is working hard for his client.
It will make my day if shoen teaches him a lesson and signs Carr.-

Von’s ACL did not even show up on an MRI, it was only found during an exploratory. I’m hoping that’s a good sign.

Yeah, when you see that and draft Cody Ford instead, there’s only so far you can go.

The fact Shakir totally disappeared to the point Brown and Beasley were brought back was disappointing.

The cover 1 guy sounds like a guru with the Xs and Os but lost credibility when he told
me in the preseason that shakir was NFL ready.
At this stage, what would you consider a successful Free Agency prior to the draft?
