Against the chiefs in the playoffs which we almost won v the league’s best D, we saw the unveiling of the precision offense that can defeat teams that force us to nickel and dime it all the way down the field.  To run this offense we need all low-mistake rate players like Shakir and Kincaid.  Gabe is not qualified for this offense.

Bills went into the playoffs banged up in part due to a tough division battle, and team health was enough to make the difference in a close playoff game v. the chiefs.  Chiefs face a much tougher division battle on 2024.

Even in the losses he was repeatedly bringing the team down field.  Jets to force OT, jags twice to get within a score, bengals to get close, pats to take the lead, broncos to take the lead, eagles twice to take the lead, chiefs to set up the tying FG attempt.  Clutch QB play in all 7 losses down the stretch.

i agree.  How many plays this year had no chance simply because sherfield was out there being counted on to do something.

I liked the 6 team per conference system when there were only three divisions.  Things got out of wack after the expansion to four divisions per conference.  The third best non-division winning team was often better than the worst division winner but left out.
