Ugh he's not insurance he's trash.
I knew he was trash when we signed him as the Allen bridge, then had to cut him and go with Peterman because he was so bad. He could not win an important game EIGHT seasons ago with that loaded Bengals team he inherited when Dalton went down. -

I'm on board for Kyle Williams and Eric Moulds. Those guys were excellent by NFL standards.
I'm not really on board with Fred Jackson. He was an average NFL running back. I get that he was super popular and he has a great story, but the bug reason he is so loved is because he was basically the only decent thing about the Bills offense for a long time. To me, that doesn't make you wall of fame worthy.
Brian Moorman is an interesting one. I'm not sure what to think because he was really good, but he was also just a punter, so I guess I'll say no to that.
Butch Byrd is the guy who really needs to be added. 5x AFL All-Star, 3x First Team All-AFL, 40 INT's (Bills franchise leader). He should have been added a long time ago.
That season Fred Jackson got injured in Miami, he was on pace for an all purpose 2300 yard season. Everyone’s perspective of him would be totally different if actually had a chance to finish off that league MVP caliber year.-

I would love to see Bienemy go 18-2 this year.

No one knew how call the end of games back then. Denver declined to call any timeouts which they had and just let the Bills to run the clock down for the winning 36 yard field goal. The Bills called timeout with 4 seconds left not 3, so they still had to kick off after.

I would analyze the officials crew and play Elam if they are letting the DBs play. He’s a press corner with good instincts as shown by the Miami playoff game.

Allen’s accuracy has been artificially skewed downward significantly over the years due to playing in the wind tunnel that is the Ralph. He never complains about it.

I one time ate at calamita’s on Lisbon for 527 straight days.

Beat out by Jets/Pats in Albany where Bills have been getting picked over jets. Have to believe the Bills would been selected if they hung on week 1.

Move benford to safety and our entire secondary starts to look young. Looking forward to seeing young Jonathan and VanDemark play more as the season goes on.

Bring back NFL Europe with players officially aligned to NFL teams. So many people liked it, it successfully marketed the NFL and laid the groundwork for expansion into Europe. The only reason they stopped is that even though the long term profits were unquestionable the short term profits were not there.

McDermott has historically dominated new QBs.

Look at what Singletary 2.9 ypa is doing without the gift-wrapped Allen light boxes. Maybe the great backs with some tread will start begging to come here for nothing for the Allen light boxes.

I didn't see the play, but you're correct about moving backwards and not getting thej clock stopped. But that rule is quite often not enforced.
I believe the refs often overlook it. I only became aware of the rule bc it benefited the bills greatly at the end of Bills-colts WC playoffs 2020

I think they made a clock error in the panthers game. Clock should not stop when player runs out of bounds going backward

How’s that “big name” RB signing for the Jets looking.

Mine was the quick low risk pass in the flat to Diggs in garbage time to get his stats barely above the bad-Steph Mendoza line.

Hopefully his injury isn’t to serious.
If Floyd misses a game or two it could be a chance for Jonathan to see the field, who may be surprisingly NFL ready. As much as I hate to see injuries we have no one to sneak back to the practice squad when Von comes back without getting claimed. Jonathan would be gone in a second. Ford may be the best option for PS. -
Wish we had just picked up power running backs in free agency on the cheap before the 20, 21, and 22 seasons. Team previously had few options other than have Allen take a pounding even on 2nd and 2.
loved the way Diggs drew the flag on the bomb when both he and the db were hand checking. Small ball is good for stacking wins, but the league knows Allen needs to keep going deep to keep the dollars flowing in.

McDermott is a genius. Let him draft who he wants.

Could be the greatest dink and dunker in the history of the game. The threat of the missile launcher attached to his right shoulder is sufficient to keep the underneath options plentiful all the time.

Terrel Bernard Appreciation Thread
in The Stadium Wall

On the all 22 after week one, they showed how the Aaron Rodgers injury play was designed to be an easy completion exploiting the weak link Bernard, but Rodgers was shocked when Bernard diagnosed and shifted seamlessly into coverage.
