What is with all this justin jenkins talk? He is a good special teamer, who did make a crucial mistake last year, who is going to be a good WR. We have one of the most inefficient passing games in the league, waiting for people like Justin Jenkins to develop is going to help us.

The plain and simple answer is we can still use offensive playmakers. We have a bad offense. A real #2 Wr that can make plays may not be the biggest need, but it sure can't hurt.

Money is the answer to those questions. But I do agree we are a more attractive team than the bengals.

I agree, DE is the biggest weakness on this team, and a great DE would make this team better than what would would happen if we upgraded any other position. But, oddly enough and I know it sounds like I am contradicting myself, but DE is still not our biggest need. We could have a top 5 Defense, and we wouldn't go anywhere. Our offense is that incapable at this point. They just are. It is true what they say, offense wins games, defense wins championships. However, you must win games, before you get to the playoffs/championships. Which is what we cant do.

I say it is either the cardinals or retirement. But there is no reason a deal can't be worked out in time.

It would help this offense move the ball as we have been very inefficient and unproductive. With a strong running game, and a QB who likes to check down or throw the short ball to the TE (not a bad thing), having a playmaking TE (espiecially in the red zone where we have the most trboule) would help a lot. So yea, we need to address it.

Because a few reasons. One, you would have to trade for all of those players. Why give up draft picks when you could sign someone? Two, Cassel and Rosenfells are not backups and wanted to start. Kitna and Frerotte are not even necessarily better than what we just signed, and they would have costed more.

I don't think it will be quite that much. I would think 4 years at 14-16 million. But I am terrible at this type of stuff so maybe i shouldn't of even posted this.

This is a great signing if we do get it done for several reasons. One, from what I have heard and been told by a few of my carolina friends is that he is a good quality player. But the real reasons this is a great signing if it occurs is he is young, versatile (can play LG, C, or RG and did all 3 last season), doesn't commit penalties, and he is great against those big nose tackles that we have such a problem with. He solves our center problem. Then if we get a G in free agency, then things are actually going to start looking a lot brighter than they do now.

One, becuase Lewis is an old thugged out player whose talent in question. Two, why would he want to come to Buffalo when he could get the same mount of money elsewhere. He wouldn't want to go anywhere other than at least a semi-contendor
