  1. still making up for (was it) 10 years of suckitude but the Bills are catching up
  2. Thank you for your valued input. too bad the trade deadline passed #Team_EJ_sucks will have to carry on.
  3. yeah, out dueling Dalton = suckitude. EJ was so bad his first week out that he had 13 more passing yards and identical % completion rate. Which for a back up is pretty good. What is even funnier, EJ has kind of been like Tyrod taking the team down to score on their first drive then stalling with up to 3 and 4 straight drives of 3 & outs in the Giants and Titans game.
  4. I need to color coordinate which Bills Flag to fly. White background or blue.
  5. if you want to keep crapping on EJ as THE reason then someone else but me needs to remind people of the Shady fumble at the 1 yard line that may have secured the win!
  6. Help us out Jack. How are they rated as an officiating crew? One of the best? mediocre, fair of downright bad? oh wait they called this a TD even after the review http://www.footballzebras.com/2015/11/01/13532/
  7. I thought that Russia was Syria bombing both ISIS and anti-government insurgents. Did you mean elsewhere?
  8. Gil Brandt http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000573036/article/seahawks-saints-among-bubble-teams-poised-for-playoff-run HOPE IS ALIVE AND WELL 5) Buffalo Bills (3-4) It won't be easy for the Bills to overtake the other wild-card contenders in the AFC, but there's reason for optimism, not least because of a talented defense. While that unit has underachieved some, especially in the sacks department (Buffalo has 11, tied for 29th, after leading the NFL with 54 in 2014), it still ranks 13th overall and sixth against the run. My main question with Buffalo centers on the quarterback. Tyrod Taylor hasn't been bad, but he's inexperienced, and that can hurt come crunch time. I'm not ready to write the Bills off quite yet, of course, but I like the wild-card contenders ahead of them -- including the Jets -- more.
  9. Sunday before he gets on the plane. Make him take a bus home.
  10. I heard this AM on M&M that Fitz is taking the first string snaps and will wear some type of hand protection
  11. Good teams lose to bad teams all the time. Might be I'm used to the Post constantly ragging on the Bills but IMO 15 to 18 is an honest assessment. The Bills still have a record that is equal to or better than 8 (factoring in bye week and a 5th loss) other AFC teams and 7 NFC teams. Lower than 22 is laughable. Did you not see the drop off of 8 spots with the BYE when in reality they went up from the AFC's 9th seed to 8th seed with the BYE?
  12. I am not making excuses Scott, I am trying to look at the whole picture. It would be ideal to not have any team sustain a drive of 5 or more, but for the most part any team and and usually will have long sustained scoring drive. WRT 34 points .... There are 3 teams in the AFC that are undefeated @ 7-0 (2 of those the Bills have played) Why are we arguing the same thing? Did Metz hack your account?
  13. after the next loss
  14. 0 yards, 0 TD's can't get worse than that
  15. Washington Post Last week - 23. Buffalo Bills (3-4) | Last Week: 15 This week - 24. Buffalo Bills (3-4) | Last Week: 23
  16. Not when they are challenging the Bills for a WC spot.
  17. There might have been a disconnect as I didn't follow the entire discussion. I have said as much myself. "good" teams find a way to win with injured players. After the Bills initial TD drive there were 4 straight 3 play drives. giving the Bungles - 1st and 10 at BUF 49, then 1st and 10 at BUF 45, then 1st and 10 at CIN 45 and 1st and 10 at BUF 36. http://espn.go.com/nfl/playbyplay?gameId=400791627 I do agree that the defense stunk by allowing 24 straight points. But you still need to factor in the other variables.
  18. One might take into consideration the short field the undefeated Bungles were constantly given by 3 straight 3 and outs followed up with poor ST play. Just saying. The Offense's output for the Bills was slightly better in total yards (13) than that the of the Bengals EJ also had more passing yards that Dalton, both QB's had a 66% completion ration TOP was 30-30. Bungles 11 drives, the Bills 10 The killer - Penalties 3-20 and 8-93 http://espn.go.com/nfl/matchup?gameId=400791627
  19. He is still implying that offensive yards per game is more important than points scored. Too funny - Typical F Chan and that is why he's on my ignore list. IIRC last season he argued the same when Orton took over for EJ and the Offense had more passing yards yet the total ranking dropped somewhere in the range of 7 to 9 spots. Historically curious - When was the last time a team scored 19 points against the Cheatriots in the 4th QTR? Yes, we can be disappointing in the Defensive output from last season. 2 comments 1) after setting the sack record in 2013 with 57 and the 54 sacks last season I expected a drop off 2) When any coach switched from a 4-3 to 3-4 there is always a drop off until the correct adjustments are made and or learned.
  20. Actually, that is not bad looking at all
  21. LOL So they use a sampling of people that own a smart phone and have the breathalyzer as their test sample? Out of approximately 70,000 people how many have a breathalyzer on them at the game?
  22. Yup, last season Geno was bad.
