look at the two POLL's (not the Franchise one) and you can see the general consensus is YES - Many Bills fans believe EJ can be the starter and not by default

OR simply the Bills traded for an experienced backup to Tuel

based on my recollection of the last 2 seasons September (w/EJ) the Bills were scoring about 21 PPG, then as the season progresses and game film is at hand the PPG goes down a few points so I'll definitely take the over in September and also October and November IIRC EJ led the Bills in 2013 with the 2nd highest PPG second to P Manning in September

The intent was to determine the # of people who think EJ can be (can earn and not by default) the starter in Buffalo this season and those who say he's a FAILURE and should never be the #1 there is no in-between.
